    We had a fabulous lunch at this out of the Italian restaurant. The menu is wonderful. The beer and wine selection is great. I wanted to order everything on the menu. There were 6 of us. We shared the most delisious oysters on the half shell. Wonderful. #1 and #2 had the special Angel hair pasta with plump muscles, done perfectly, and clams. They raved about the dish. #3 and #4 has the Bucatini con Polipo. Loved every bite. #5/#6 Agnolotti con asparagi. Excellent #6 Desert was fried pasta with banana, chocolate mousse and strawberries. Wonderful! And the crepes!!!We all will return. I know one will bring his clients back.

    It was my first time at this restaurant and certainly not the last. The pasta was amazing and the salmon was my favorite. The waiter was so kind! Not only was the food and customer service great, but the ambiance was so lovely. Sitting next to all the roses and the view with fountains, fairy lights, and garden was just darling. It was my boyfriends birthday and they brought out a crepe with a candle which was so sweet of them. I will definitely be coming here again!

    We had dinner in the outdoor seating area. Service was relaxed, friendly and efficient. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The ambience was very pleasant - hard to go wrong when you are in a garden surrounded by shrubs, roses and a grapevine. Tables were well separated.     OF continues to be the hands-down best adult food in Davis. Not noodles, rice or boba … and you don’t even need to go to Winters to eat it! It’s not cheap, for sure, but it is a professionally-done, high quality meal. Enjoy!

    We feel so grateful to have this absolute gem of a restaurant so close! We have had only wonderful experiences at Osteria Fasulo with excellent food expertly cooked and artfully plated, lots of amazing wines and a friendly, expert staff to make us feel welcome and comfortable every visit!     As always, Osteria Fasulo served us an amazing meal. This time, me and my wife planned dinner for 2 but it turned into a dinner for 4, as we brought our kids to our anniversary dinner. Our server was great, keeping our meal progressing, our glasses full, and our table clear. I especially enjoyed the risotto and the oysters of the day. We’ll keep coming back, as it’s our pick for one of the best dining experiences in Davis.

    The Spring menu just dropped this week and had a LOT of fun and new choices to accent the creativity of Chef Marcello. Matteo is the most amazing and kind server with a ton of passion in his voice about the food and care under which it is prepared and sourced. And his recommendations to meet my requests for wines that I envisioned to be tasty accompaniments for the choices ordered. The patio was in full swing on a lovely warm April night- so I cannot wait to get back before they switch menus again- as there are many more things to try!

    Saturday lunch...what a treat to escape from weekend brunch. Dined outside and the setting was beautiful and tranquil. Radicchio salad was superb, as was the Caprese. Veal scallopine was great, and the squid ink spaghetti with lobster was off the charts. Desserts were good. Service was exceptional. One of my best meals ever.

    Try the tortellini with duck condit from their winter menu-bellissimo. The quail and Cornish game hen are mouth watering. Outdoor dining was comfortable and the ambiance devine- and service was exemplary. Water and wine glasses were always full and all specials explained.
