   Celebrated a birthday. The restaurant was excellent. Food delicious! The service was a bit slow but they did their best given 2 waiters called in sick. Great hospitality.

   I truly enjoyed dinning at Orto Trattoria! The service was impeccable, be warned - portions are small!, but the pasta and the burrata were evidently very fresh and tasty. The lunch menu is rather small and doesn't have any appetizers, nor did they service us bread which I thought was odd...A few minor kinks, but would return for dinner to try items from a larger menu.

   Food is really good but service is really bad and slow. There is an evident lack of structure and organization combined with low service. (Unexperienced server (like zero) and unorganized management) Drink menu misses proper choices of beers. (2 choices of large beer at 25$ Only) Food is perfect, one of the best italian food in the city

   Service was extremely slow considering there was only a few guests the evening we went, it’s not the servers fault. Kitchen was slow at getting the food out.

   Overall, my husband and I had a good date night here. It was a lovely, relaxing space, ambience was good, not too loud at all and the service was friendly and attentive. However, this was the most expensive meal we have had in a while and it felt overpriced. We've had similar/better meals for approx 30% less total cost. We won't rush back but we did enjoy our evening and the food. Although, my risotto was like no other...it was very "wet"...and the flavours were almost overwhelming. Not that it was bad at all...It was tasty but VERY rich. Just not quite what I was expecting.

    Good food — outstanding service. I have never had such personal and memorable service. I have been to Orto three times in the course of 3 months and the server remembered not only me, but the wine I ordered and the food I ate. I was very impressed.
