Did not enjoy my experience here. It was too noisy to really have a conversation, and the chairs were so uncomfortable. The food was very bland. I had the short rib, and my date had chicken parm. Both of the meats were dry and sauces were basic. The servers were nice, but it wasn’t anything special. I felt like they rushed to get us out of the restaurant as well. They would grab your plates and wouldn’t ask if you were finished! I didn’t like that. Not going back here

I came in for dinner at 6:45 so most of the tables were empty. The hostess was very nice and we got a table and menus right away. I ordered the chicken Parmesan which came with a side of spaghetti. The chicken had good flavor but was over cooked to my taste. The spaghetti may have been a gluten free brand but it had a very grainy consistency. Not terrible but different enough to be displeasing. I ordered the terramisu, which would have been very good if they had sent added so much cocoa powder. Too bad because it was otherwise very tasty.

A nice menu offering traditional Italian dishes and some American dishes. Good portions. Very fair prices. A nice selection of wines. You must save room for their cannolis!

They food was ok, but at the price point I would have expected much better. My appetizer (Brussels sprouts) was good but my ravioli was not. It was both a strange texture and taste. Our server was very friendly but didn’t bring the bread until after the appetizer and then brought our entrees a few minutes after our appetizer. She asked if we wanted our appetizer plates cleared when we had just started on them. It felt like they were trying to rush us out the door. I wouldn’t go back. There are much better restaurants in Jackson

We have eaten here many times and enjoyed it, but never when it was this busy. It was on Saturday night. We were given a table for two that is placed between the bar and the tables for 4 at the windows. This restaurant really doesn't have room to put two tables there. It was busy so people came to the bar while waiting for a table but this night all the bar stools were full so people stood between the bar stools and our table. This resulted in having someones back side basically hanging over our table through half our dinner. I had to hold on to my wine glass so I wouldn't be covered in red wine when the person moved. Eventually, things cleared out enough that the wait staff asked the standing folks to sit down and get out of our way. I would suggest that Orsetto just remove those two tables as it would make it easier for the wait staff as well because they had to squeeze by on the other side of our table to serve meals. So my only complaint is with the setting, not the food or the service. We will go back, but won't sit at those either of those two tables.
