Our pizza is made from a careful selection of highly fermented grains free from additives and preservatives, very high hydration with long fermentation time and a super light and airy crust. Obtained from the whole-body grinding of the wheat grain, without the addition of gluten and chemical additives, it is enriched with micronized bran and wheat germ, to bring the right content of fiber, vitamins and antioxidant oils, and also to bring the ancient wheat flavors back to life.

My wife and I shared a Caprese salad. It was large and delicious. My wife ordered a margarita pizza. I got the pasta al Forno the pizza was great. The pasta was slightly overcooked still quite tasty.

This restaurant was a disappointment… There were three of us. One had the pizza, which was very good. The second had a salad with shrimp, which were way over cooked, and I had the gnocchi with the pesto. Gnocchi should be light and pillowy. This, was gummy and heavy. The pesto tasted like it came out of a jar. Others have had good experiences here, but with two other Italian restaurants within a block, there are better choices.
