   We were celebrating our anniversary. I put that in the reservations and we got seated in the bar area where it was extremely noisy. They did not recognize our occasion at all. The meal portions were small for the prices with minimal sides. We waited a while for bread to be served and the water was warm each time they filled it up. Overall the food tasted good but not the experience expected for the value.

   Cushions on chairs would earn 5 star and might absorb sound. Food came fast, we felt rushed and we were there to dine. Drinks and dinner in one hour!? 2.5 percent surcharge for staff to make a living? Disportionate depending on what we ordered. Seems more for profit margin? We had thoughts of tipping less. Beef was pricey. Seafood pasta had 6 mussles and 2 were not opened thus not eaten. Shrimp was tough (overcooked?) Scallops were some of the best ever! Chicken was delicious too. Server did not bring bread. At checkout we noticed everyone around had bread so we asked and was given bread to go Mackenzie is a great asset to your company. We would recommend to others but would be quick to warn about everything listed above and let them decide. All staff was friendly and courteous.

   The food was just amazing. Wonderful cocktails. Great service. A bit pricey, but not horrible. We went again the next night. We aren't from around here, and were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem!

    We like Orchard quite a lot except for the noise level in the main dining room. We could barely hear each other and it made conversation very difficult.

    The food looked and smelled amazing. My risotto was devine. My steak was not seasoned. My husbands pork chop dinner was excellent. We were sat, but no one told the server. Despite all sorts of people all over the dining room busing and setting tables, no one saw us. We were not greeted for over 10 minutes, so we asked a bus girl if we had a server assigned to the table. She went to check with the hostess stand, and eventually, someone arrived. She was apologetic, but her timing never recovered. For example, food runners brought and acutioned off of our food. Food runners do not offer to refill or replace beverages, so my husband had nothing to drink during dinner. He wanted a glass of wine with his meal. The room was insanely loud, with everyone yelling over each other. We could scarely hear each other over the din. We had to ask for bread. Steak knives did not accompany the steaks. We had to flag down a bus girl to ask for salt and pepper. It was a huge disappointment. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and had been looking forward to the meal all weekend. It started off wrong, and sadly, the server was too inexperienced to recover. She did ask about the food when she came back to our room, but didn't notice that we were out of cocktails. Not offering to refresh drinks when the meals arrived, for example, is a loss of sales. We were planning on having after dinner drinks and dessert but were so bummed out about the crappy service that we packed up what was left of our meals and left.

    Good food, great service. Nice selection of wines and drinks. Way too loud. 80-90 decibels per my iPhone app. I don’t enjoy dinner when I can’t have a conversation with the people at my table.

    Made a reservation for 7:30. Got to the nearly empty restaurant and waited about ten minutes for the hostess. When finally greeted they had asked if we had a reservation. I replied yes for 7:30 and even made a joke that maybe it wasn’t necessary as there were two tables and a few patrons at the bar. They told me we had no reservation and they had no open reservations left. We looked into the restaurant and said you can’t give us an empty table (mind you there were probably 15-20 and the restaurant closed in 90 minutes). We were then seated where the waitress said she would come back with water and take our drink orders. Fast forward ten minutes she comes back and my wife asks for a wine menu. She dropped that off and filled the water glasses and disappeared for another 5-7 minutes. Came back and took our drink order (a cocktail and a glass of wine) and I ordered a cup of soup. Another 7 minutes she comes back with drinks and said the soup would be out soon. Ten more minutes passed by (which we laughed as I was now running my stopwatch) and finally we saw our waitress, with no soup. We decided to cancel the soup, ordered no food, paid for our drinks and left. There would be some additional grace if the restaurant was busy, but with a bartender and two waitresses for less than ten patrons in the building service was extremely lackluster. Probably won’t be returning

    This was our first visit to the Orchard and the manager was so welcoming that it was as if we were longstanding customers. We visit the Sandusky Bay Area often and will definitely be back for dining again. I had the best beet salad followed by equally wonderful scallops with corn/bacon risotto. My husband loved his Caesar salad and perch. It was a great night out for us.

    We went for the first and last time a few weeks ago to get in ahead of summer crowds. The restaurant had open tables and the seated us at a high top in the bar….unacceptable! Our guests were very uncomfortable. Again the restaurant was not busy but everything was rush, rush rush. And after spending 150 bucks for two, yes over priced, they wanted to give us the bums rush to get out. Ambience, too much hard scape and with only a few people in the restaurant background noise was insufferable.

    Nice atmosphere. Was not crowded when we were there, and noise not a problem at all. Service was good overall. The food ordered was very good, and ample serving sizes. Some menu items seemed a little on the high side cost wise, but probably worth it with regards to quality.

    Always a great experience at Orchard Bar and Table. We shared the charcuterie and the wagyu burger and both were great! Visited the Chicken Coop afterwards and it was very festive for St. Patrick's Day.

    We had an amazing experience at Orchard Bar and Table! Service was amazing : they were patient to explain the menu and were cordial! I ordered the grouper with black rice : it was divine !!! Highly recommend! The mixture of flavors were incredible! My husband ordered the wagyu burger ! He loved ! We also had the lamb for appetizer! Really really good !
