Historical hotel newly renovated. Beautiful place. Brunch was great. Staff who served us was outstanding. Expensive.

J'avais fait la réservation sur votre site pour le brunch du 7 avril. Malgré la confirmation et une re-confirmation à la veille, le jour même une heure avant l'heure réservée le restaurant m'a laissé un message téléphonique en disant que ma réservation n'était pas assurée et m'a suggéré de ne pas y aller. J'ai rappelé le restaurant et ai du insister et exiger d'être reçu. On est arrivé à l'heure au restaurant, l'hôtesse nous a emmenés dans la salle. On a voulu la table au bout du banc, l'hôtesse nous l'a refusée en disant que c'était une table pour trois, bien que seulement deux couverts soient dressés sur la table. Surtout, 5 minutes après la même hôtesse a placé deux personnes à cette table. Je cherche toujours à comprendre, pourquoi le restaurant n'a pas voulu notre présence malgré les confirmations de réservation, en sachant que la salle n'était jamais pleine à 100% ce jour-là tout au long de notre brunch ?! Et pourquoi l'hôtesse nous a refusé la table qu'on voulait en mentant, en sachant que la salle était encore assez vide à ce moment-là?! Pour le reste, le service n'était pas mauvais mais manquait sérieusement de rigueur. Les assiettes utilisées traînaient souvent sur la table avant d'être enlevées. L'espace de présentoirs était mal agencé, quand il y avait un peu d'affluence, on ne pouvait même pas circuler. Ça créait presque des bousculades. J'ai du me rasseoir avec une assiette vide pendant plusieurs minutes pour attendre que les présentoirs soient accessibles. Et enfin, l'ambiance de la salle est plutôt genre petit-déjeuner bruyant qu'un brunch dominical. Seul point positif, la cuisine était bonne, bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de choix. En conclusion, l'expérience n'a pas été agréable. Ce fut la première et aussi la dernière fois pour moi.

Brunch pour un anniversaire et sans aucun doute un souvenir parmi ceux dont on se souvent à vie ! Excellent !

Although brunch was confirmed by email from the Lutetia the day before, I got a call 2 hours before informing they had to cancel the reservation for brunch at L’orangerie and, should I want to boik for lunch at the brasserie I could call back. I called back and all I got was a busy signal. Poor management.

Breakfast Reservation was confirmed, but they refused to cater to us, breakfast being only available for hotel residents. Apparentely Staff was well aware of our booking but no one took the time to call and give us a heads up. It is in no way accceptable to let people travel to Paris, to tell them that they could maybe consider breakfast elsewhere???

Excellent accueil et un service attentionné. Un - petit - regret, je n'ai pas fait attention au buffet (petit-déjeuner) car, en finale, tout a été apporté à table. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.
