As always very good dining.
Pretty restaurant seating outside but food is just not what I would return for. Scallops and shrimp skewers were dry (over cooked) Lamb kabob was also dry and over cooked. If Opa specializes in these types of dishes they need to learn do them well. Won’t be back.
I have never been to OPA in Campbell, and I will not be back. Our server was Rigo who was also the bartender at the restaurant. I do not have any complaints against him and I would give him a 5 star rating because he provided the best service he was able to. He was overly busy with bar tending and being a server so he was running around and apologized. What was horrible was the food. We ordered two kids meals, a salad, and Fiery Feta Flank Steak (medium). A table in front of us came in about 15 minutes after us and they got their food first. That table had a different server. When our food was brought out, we good the kids meals and the steak (well done). We asked for ketchup from the person that brought our food out and waited, after we asked 2nd person for ketchup and waited, then we asked our server, and the ketchup was brought out. My partner was hungry so he started eating the over done steak. About 15 minutes later the salad was brought out and a few minutes later the mashed potatoes and asparagus. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were cold not warm but completely cold. We told our server who took them back and later we got lukewarm potatoes and asparagus. We didn’t send them back because there was no point the kitchen either had something against us or the server. I hated our first experience dining out.
Love the big patio here for outdoor dining. Cocktails are amazing. Service was great and food was delicious as always. I love this spot!
We really enjoyed being able to visit and enjoy the wonderful foods Opa has always offered. The servers were friendly but it just felt like they were barely keeping up with the crowd. No complaints....just felt bad that it seemed like they didn't have enough staff.
Birthday celebration
Family Easter brunch!
Ops is good...food is tasty...a bit expensive but atmosphere is good ..
We had a lovely evening sitting outside. The service was great, and the food was excellent!
We had a lovely Sunday lunch on the patio. I order the salmon with the potatoes which was quite delicious. The waiter was so attentive, replenishing our ice tea when needed.
18th wedding anniversary
Appreciated the large patio area available for dining. Service was outstanding (Jose?); food was delicious!
Great place to have a romantic dinner or family night out
It was very good food & nice sitting outside. My fries could have come out a little warmer.
Enjoyed the service and outdoor seating. Food (meat loaf and salad) extremely salty.
The services was amazing and the food was the best!
Quality of food not the same as before. Experience was not that great as well. Was talking to my friends and they agreed
The best sangria around, with the addition of the little Grand Marnier bottle that can be ordered with it! We had the calamari platter and the sliders, which were both outstanding!
The food was good, the red Sangria is the best! Good service and outdoor seating was very pleasant.
It’s hard to say it was everyday dining during Covid, but I was with my wife eating out so it was nice. We had a nice outside table with a heater and sunshine.
I had a beer with a cup of lemon soup. Also a Pita sandwich with fries. My wife had a flat bread. Food was delicious, service excellent and we enjoyed our afternoon.
We love Opa and appreciate being able to dine outside during the pandemic. The food and service were perfect.
Great outdoor dining experience!
Opa! is always a go to for a family night out, girls' night out or even a work lunch (when we could lunch together as a large group). The food is consistently delicious, and the sangria is huge and tasty! Definitely recommend it.
First of all, they had no record of our reservation. And insisted we were the ones who were wrong after we showed them the open table confirmation and everything. So they seated us on the street with no heater when other tables had multiple. We asked and asked for one but they had zero interest in being kind to us. We are nice people and tried to roll with it but it was quite disappointing. It’s always been one of our favorite places (we’ve done grad parties and celebrated many special occasions at Opa!). I guess it just wasn’t a good evening for us this go around. Extremely sad for our first night out in a very very long time.
Celebrated Valentine’s Day. We decided to go casual instead of a fancy sit down place. We were surprised how nice it was to relax. We prefer this location to the willow glen one. There’s more outside seating at this Campbell location.
Outdoor dining experience was great! Serve was fast and food and drinks were perfect
The only nice part of the meal was the food. The service was very poor. They sat us in the outdoor seating area they had set up in the street and basically forgot about us. We finally got a drink order and ordered food at the same time. They never cleared our appetizer dish from the table, we never were asked if we wanted refills or a new drink. Once we finished with dinner, we had to wait 25 min for someone to come over to deliver our bill. During the course of the dinner, we also had an issue with two drunk guys on the patio. They were technically sitting on the patio at Mo's (they share the same patio as Opa), but they were extremely drunk, loud, obnoxious and cursing very loud. I asked two people who worked at Opa if they could ask them to leave or ask Mo's to help with the situation, but we were told they couldn't do anything about it. We were not the only people asking them to help. There were other tables with small kids that got up and left mid-dinner because they were cursing and being a bad example of how to act. Downtown Campbell has gone downhill and clearly no one is doing anything about it. It's a shame that the family environment is no longer something you can look forward to do there. I will no longer go to dinner at Opa Campbell for this reason. It's a shame because I love the food, but it's not worth it.
chicken skewer got me sick, ate 1/2 of one skewer. everything else was delicious.
That was the grossest meal I’ve had in a long while
Beautiful outdoor setting and the food was terrific with amazing dessert!
It was delicious! Excellent customer service. They maintained distance and people only took mask off to drink or eat.
Opa is my go-to restaurant when I want to have a nice time!
Best Greek food!! Love coming here .
Everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try more.
glad they are open and the food was good. Not quite as mama's greek food as I would like, but still very good.
Lots of traffic noise, and random people asking to sing for tips, but they had good service and food was good.
Great experience to dine outdoors and watch people passing by. Majority of them wore masks. Enjoyed the evening, the food and service. Would go again.
From the first interaction at check in the staff were rude, and confrontational. I had booked a table and was told “we called you and you didn’t answer”, surprised I checked my phone and showed the gentleman that I did not receive a call. I asked which number they called and he could not confirm a number. I was then told that as all my party had not arrived I could not be seated, I politely mentioned that I had booked a table and would like to be seated to await my party and order a glass of wine. After threats of having to bring out the manager, which I was fine with, I was seated. Our server was polite and courteous until we tried to spilt the bill 5 ways. We were told “only 3 cards”. Considering such a difficult time during Covid, I would have expected to have our business welcomed. We will not be returning.
The Mousaka was good with a very tasty sauce. Friends had Lemon chicken with Orzo, which they liked. The staff was very aware to be safe; stricter COVID rules than So. Cal. Service was very good.
I went here with my girlfriends to celebrate some of their birthday's. The food and service was excellent. They had all the rules and regulations for COVID and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend!!
