   Onkee is the closest to authentic Korean BBQ we’ve been to in a while. We ordered the Combo B, Soybean Stew, and Cold Buckwheat Noodles which were all remarkably delicious. Our server was attentive and receptive to our preferences and did a great job with the grilling, which can really make or break the experience. It was overall a lovely meal and we can’t wait to come back again!

   Great spot! Food and service was excellent! Excellent Korean food in a very nice and modern location! The one downside is parking. No parking in the building but there is some close by at Ward, just a little walk

   Tried OnKee Korean Grill House for lunch and it was awesome! I got Combo 1 with Kalbi and Kimchee Soup — the Kalbi was super tender and flavorful, and the soup had the perfect amount of spice and tang. My husband had the fish with Kimchee Soup, and the grilled mackerel was cooked just right. Our meal came with a nice set of banchan (the little side dishes), and everything tasted fresh. Good portions, great flavors, and a really good deal for lunch. Definitely coming back!

   Great restaurant! We found this restaurant on OpenTable. We had the potato pancake, the Option A, bibimbap boneless Galbi and grilled veggies. Everything was delicious and they cook it for you at your table. Our server made recommendations and Everything was spot on. We would highly recommend and go back again.

   First time here to celebrate a birthday (it was on the resi notes) They sat us down and provided menus and water. Without anyone coming by to explain the menu or introduce themselves, a waiter came and wanted to take our order but we were not ready. Then another lady comes to take our drink order, again not ready. Another waiter came to ask if we wanted to order, but we had a question about which of ribeye was included in the Combo. He didn't know. We placed our drink order with him, and he left to go find out the answer. A few minutes later he came back with an answer and then we proceeded to place our order, mind you it was a pretty substantial order for a party of 2. Our drinks came out at very different times. And on top of that, the person who brought it seems to be one of the higher ups if not the owner, could not tell the difference between a Expresso Martini and an Old Fashion (completely different glassware, first off..), didn't matter because I ordered the Paloma and he got confused. Food started to come out and here's my thing, if you are going to cook my food for me in front of me especially, DONT LEAVE EXPENSIVE THIN MEAT ON THE GRILL AND WALK AWAY. Someone else would come back and flip it over but the tongue is now over done. This went on through the whole meal Idk if they were short staffed or what. We could not enjoy our meal peacefully. People were just running around rushing to cook your steak, rushing back to flip it. Our waters only got refilled once. The (owner?) commented, "you guys must be hungry", we didn't appreciate the comment. The meat is bland, they do give you one dipping sauce. No one showed us the different salts on the table, we thought they were reg. salt and pepper so we never used it. Oh no birthday dessert. The service and ambiance was terrible for an high end restaurant. Food was decent, but since one was overcooked, and didn't show us any other seasonings, it made the meal less enjoyable. I'd be hesitant to come back.

   We arrived a little early for our reservation, but it was no problem—they seated us right away. The staff was welcoming and took the time to explain the menu, including some of the most popular items. The service was absolutely superb. They grilled the meat for us right at the table and were incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. We ordered Combo #1, the potato pancake, bibimbap, kimchi stew, and the egg soufflé. Everything was delicious—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend this spot!

    Our first time dining experience was fantastic! Service was outstanding! Young servers but they were friendly, courteous and professional. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The truffle potato pancake is a must have! Looking forward to our next visit!
