    This was our first time here. A lot of hype and mixed reviews from friends so thought we’d try it out. The service was exceptional and the best part of our experience. All the waiters and staff were very professional and attentive and ensured that we had what we needed at all times. This place is very large, a huge floor with many tables. We were grateful we asked for a table off to the side as it was fairly noisy and would have been hard to hear ourselves talking otherwise. Very modern open design. Looked like a nice outdoor seating area if the weather permitted. Personally we prefer a warmer more intimate environment but imagine this modern open look appeals to many. We had a few appetizers. The fried Calamari and Shrimp was ok, a little spongy for my taste. The salad was very good. My skirt steak was good but nothing exceptional as there was not a lot of seasoning or sauce as some restaurants give you to make it stand out. My husband’s RibEye was very good, tender and cooked to perfection. My daughter ordered chicken parmigiana and it was overcooked. Dry and too well done with not enough sauce to make it more palpable. She ended up getting the ravioli instead which my sister loved and said it was the best she had, and my daughter found it was very good also. As for pricing, we found the high prices didn’t seem justifiable as the food was not exceptional in our case as we have found in other similarly priced restaurants. Good for a very special occasion, but for us we think it’s one and done as we have visited other restaurants with more reasonable pricing for the quality of food served and a warmer quieter atmosphere that we prefer. Wouldn’t not recommend it, but wasn’t up to the hype in our opinion.

    The food was delicious. The waiter Tommy was very nice and efficient. The food was a little pricey for the portions. But overall a great experience.

    One10 was excellent. The was my first time dining at this establishment and it was as good as advertised. Our server Sam was exceptional. A true professional and Chef Balbo was also very accommodating to our group. It’s always fun when Chef walks around to greet their customers. We had a big party, but the service still felt very intimate. Highly recommended!

    Perfect from start to finish. Ashley our server was friendly,knowledgeable and attentive. Food excellent. Cheese wheel pasta with lobster the best.
