   We ordered the calamari, Caesar Salad, filet mignon, NY Strip, and Au Gratin potatoes. Everything was delicious, steaks cooked to perfection. Finished with the Bananas Fosters cheesecake which was beyond amazing. The service is quick and attentive, and the ambience was perfect for a nice steak dinner and a glass of wine. Highly recommend!

   Ribeye, Lobster Mac n Cheese and Street Corn. All of it was 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend eating here for the food and atmosphere!

   We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and we finally got a reservation. The food was great and we also enjoyed the live music they have. Shutout to the bartender JOD also. The drinks were superb!

   Good fantastic, service top notch. Last time I dined here, it was Saturday before the Super Bowl when it was in Vegas. Service & overall experience was very disappointing, but after this last trip to One, the 3rd time I’ve been here, we will definitely be back again.

   My wife and my daughter's filets were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. As for for my Rib eye steak it was very little seasoning and a much tougher steak. For the $76.00 for the steak and expected more. The starters and desserts were good.

    We were seated in the bar area for an early reservation (5:30pm). There was an entertainer who was quite good, aside from the style and loudness of the music which seemed inappropriate for the style of restaurant. It would have been better if we had been seated in the main dining room. Our first course was the Heirloom Burrata Salad. The burrata was odd and the tomatoes just seemed to be cherry tomatoes. Four of us ordered filet mignon. Three were happy. I ordered the larger cut and it seemed to be the smallest of the four. Mine was overcooked, ordered medium rare and received it medium well. I'm sure they would have corrected it but I didn't want to wait for another steak to be prepared. I ordered the blue cheese crust and it was just ok. For a $78 steak it was just underwhelming. Two sides were ordered, Brussels Sprouts and Potato Gratin. The Brussels sprouts were just ok, nothing special. I think this needs a new recipe. The potato gratin was good. With a $75 bottle of wine our bill was over $400. I have had much better steak house experiences for that price.
