One Barrel has prepared intriguing gourmet dinner menus that will delight foodies as well as those of you who just love good-tasting food. We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible.
We're now open for lunch during the week, happy hour and dinner. We are thrilled to be open and we can't wait to see everyone's smiling faces!

One Barrel never disappoints. Starting with happy hour sangrias to Pot de Creme for dessert. We were celebrating our anniversary and Kathryn was excellent in celebrating with us, bringing complimentary champagne. The stuffed crab sole was excellent and we'd order it again. Great restaurant.

We come to this restaurant regularly! The staff is excellent & provides very good service. The food is always well made & I can have a light meal or something more substantial - lots of options.

A favorite spot of ours. Food is very good and so is the service. The pork chop entree is outstanding; the meat is tasty and moist and the succotash side dish is unusual and a great accompaniment. Also, a very nice wine list.

The food at Onebarrel is excellent. I always start with the house Salad, which never fails. They have added polenta fries that are fabulously crispy and very tasty. I highly recommend it for any occasion.

We enjoyed our time at this restaurant. It was not crowded but it was a nice atmosphere. Food was really good and the service was exceptional, for only having one person on duty. We will go back soon.

Never disappoints. The food is outrageously good. The only thing I have ever wished was different abut One Barrel is that they would invest in comfy seating and step up the decor in the dining room. It always feels a little bit 'institutional cafeteria' in the warmth and coziness department. But you cannot go wrong with the food.
