My family and I ate at Omo on Saturday Jan 19th. There were 7 of us. The service started off ok but then by mid meal it was like the server forgot about us. The food was cold as I think the air conditioner was on. My grandson had fun and enjoyed the entertainment of the fella that was doing our cooking.

Excellent and great experience overall. Chef was entertaining and made the experience better. Food was excellent, portions were good. Value for what came with everything was also on point

Made reservations. Had company from out of town who wanted the experience. There was none. They were down a chef which is understandable that there would be a delay. Waited an hour after our reservation. They did not give us the experience like the other tables were having. Very blah! Not worth the money at all. They kept apologizing. Didn’t offer anything for our inconvenience and lack of experience. VERY disappointed!

It’s very hard to find good customer service nowadays but OMO does it right!! Fantastic food, service with a smile and an actual enthusiasm to have you at their establishment. Best service our family has had in a decade :)
