   We were really looking forward to the Easter Brunch. I realize we received one of the last few time slots at 2:15pm but we were being somewhat forced out by around 3:30 by the staff clearing things off our table although we were told the food would be available and band was playing until 4pm. They were literally taking the decorations and the centerpiece off our table as we were still eating. Most of the staff was professional and helpful but many the were not. We had to flag down wait staff just for water and ask about the brunch a while after we were seated. I also witnessed staff picking food from the buffet without plates and eating it in front of the buffet. For the price of this brunch and the lack of warm ambiance I felt the whole experience felt somewhat cold and of corporate nature rather than that of a warm, inviting, Easter Sunday Brunch. We probably would not come back to the Omni PGA for another brunch based on this experience.

   This was my first time to brunch at the Omni, and the Easter spread was very pretty , but the dining experience was average. We ate at 2pm and a server NEVER approached our table to provide any help, explain the process, or clear plates. I had to find someone to ask for a soda for my daughter and we cleared our own plates so that we could get dessert. It was almost too big---too spread out. The valet is actually pretty far from the entrance to the brunch, which didn't make it particularly helpful. Signage would also be very helpful. However, the food was great. The desserts were adorable.

   I am a private chef by trade. Came to the Thanksgiving Brunch and was blown away by every category. Friendliness, cleanliness, and everyone from the bussers, to the waitstaff, to the managers, were on point on everything. Kudos and I will be back each holiday you offer it!    This is our second year attending the Easter Brunch. As I made my name, along with my entire family, known to Rene, as well as, other staff - I continuously shared with them how grateful we were of everything during our meal. Being reared in the restaurant arena by my parents, of who owned 5 restaurants in 32 years, I can appreciate all aspects of the business. It’s very demanding. I would like to make sure the entire management; wait: as well as, the kitchen staff - are acknowledged for their attention to detail and quality throughout the Easter Brunch. Continually I witnessed staff asking if everything was good, or picking up items that would drop on the floor. The live Jazz music was perfect. I had my son tip them. 👍🙏 The noise level that they played at - complimented the room’s acoustics. Look forward to returning again.    The buffet was absolutely wonderful. So many choices. We loved it. We were hesitant because it was a buffet, but it truly was worth it. Everyone enjoyed it.

   Very enjoyable. All the servers and food station staff were very friendly and helpful. Our table server was outstanding. Delicious food, we would go again.

    The food was fresh. You had your choice of how much or little you wanted. I put small servings of food as I couldn’t make up my mind with all the variety of food. This year was a first to include a sushi bar. Unfortunately, we did miss the macaroni and cheese bar that they had last year. It was not available this year. We did get a complimentary glass of champagne. The staff was there to refill our coffees, tea and waters. They cleared off our plates without feeling hovered over. It was definitely worth the drive and price. We were not pushed out after two hours as other Thanksgiving restaurants put that notification. We will definitely look into do this again next year!
