It was mostly excellent. The caviar service with the chicharon was really good. The $75 seafood platter was also great and generous. The omikase was good but pricey for the amount of food. The tostada was a store bought tostada, one of the common Mexican brands. That was really disappointing as it was dry and had a super strong corn flavor. There was only three small chunks of yellowtail, like. 1/5 fish to tostada ratio. Otherwise it was a well done meal and the service was outstanding.

Our choice in tostada came after 2 years of searching high and low for the perfect vessel to house our unique ingredients and flavors, and im bummed it missed the mark with you. It is one of the only items we do not make in-house. As I am sure you know, using the highest quality ingredients costs a lot of money, so we tread a fine line between giving our guests the best possible food while still keeping our menu affordable. However, it's nice to know you appreciated everything else! We hope you will be back again soon, and we look forward to it. Thanks again!
