   Ambiance and service was 5 stars all day. Food was good - but I think table of four consensus was just OK. Tuna Tartar was outstanding, everything following was average with nothing unique or savory jumping out.

   This was our first time eating at Omakase. We almost didn't make it because the address on Open Table is incorrect, it is not on 11 W Franklin but rather 11 Seaboard. After asking for directions we found Omakase we were seated right away and drink orders taken. Looking at the menu we noticed there were very few descriptions of the menu items. You have to ask your server to explain what you are ordering. I got a house salad and my wife ordered edamame. Both were good. For our main meal I ordered the crispy rice with hamachi jalapeno. It was ok, was hoping to have a kick to it, it had none. My wife a salmon roll which she enjoyed. The presentations of all the food was a big plus. We always enjoy trying new places regardless if the food was good or not. When we're in the mood for sushi again, we will go to one of our favorite places.

   Really nice ambiance and friendly staff. If we did it again, we would opt for rolls and a la carte vs tasting menu.
