A few years ago we dined here and it was outstanding. Not sure the reason for the decline.

I went to Oliver’s Osteria with a friend to celebrate her birthday. We had a reservation and we seated promptly. We started with their freshly baked Pinsa Bread with Fresh Burrata with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. It was a delicious start to our meal. Then we shared the Insalata di Spinaci (Pear, Spinach, Gorgonzola Cheese, Caramelized Walnuts). Each bite was flavorful and a delightful balance. I ordered the signature Chitarra Pomodori e Burrata homemade spaghetti, with roasted cherry tomatoes, cream of burrata, and drops of basil pesto. The rich burrata and sweet roasted tomatoes were complimented by the bright pop of pesto. It was the perfect sized entree, light and tasted incredibly fresh with simple quality ingredients. My friend ordered the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese with Homemade tagliatelle, bolognese sauce, and parmigiano reggiano. She enjoyed her meal very much. For dessert, my friend had the Affogato al Caffe with Italian vanilla gelato with a shot of espresso. I had very mouthwatering hazelnut gelato. Out server was courteous and attentive. The music from the restaurant next door was a bit loud, although out table was in a nook and we were not bothered. Parking can be crazy so plan extra time. Our bill in total was $170 before tip. My friend had two drinks and we shared a bottle of sparkling water. Pricy although excellent meal.

Went to celebrate our anniversary and birthday and sat at a table near the bar. Quiet and relaxing. The meatball appetizer melted in my mouth. Home made pasta sauce was unlike I ever had. I would highly recommend Oliver’s for a special authentic Italian meal!

Oliver’s never disappoints. The service and food are the best in Laguna. It’s not a scene, just great food from an uber talented chef and his team. There is a reason Oliver’s is the only Michelin mention in town.

Food is excellent. Pastas are home made. Their Sole fish is my favorite! Next I want to try their tasing menu.

This is a great restaurant. Chef Eric is awesome! You can see into the kitchen and watch him at work. Great menu with lots of choices. The service is great with good pacing in the meal service. The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path and needs more signage. It is worth finding.

This place is a hidden gem. Wife and I did the chef experience dinner for our anniversary and left more than satisfied. We got there early and had a drink while we waited for an amazing experience by Chef Eric. Moreover his whole staff of waiters were friendly and gave this place an inviting environment. We will definitely be going back. Meal was great and well thought out with its wine pairings.

We went for the Chef’s Table dinner. It was a great experience and included a wine pairing. We started with 2 crostinis, mushrooms and the other was prosciutto. 2nd course was lemon risotto with seared scallop. 3rd course was raviolo with egg yolk and shaved truffles. 4th course was filet mignon and dessert was canolo. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Erik is so creative and talented. A wonderful experience!!!

This was my first visit to the Laguna location, and I had been eager to try it ever since my son raved about it as some of the best Italian food he's had in America. Having previously enjoyed the Quail Hill location—which never disappoints—I was excited when I saw that a tasting experience was available at Laguna. My sister and I had the pleasure of indulging in a five-course meal, and everything exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and our conversation with Chef Erik made the experience even more memorable. The setting was relaxed and inviting—nothing pretentious, just pure enjoyment. I’ll definitely be back!

We had an earlier reservation and I am sure this helped in the attentiveness of the staff. Our group ordered meatballs, wild boar pappardelle, salmon special, pork tomahawk, tagliatelle with bolognese, and lobster pasta. It was the quietest our group has been while eating, so you know everyone was enjoying their meals.
