   We reserved a table for 5 using OpenTable and received a confirmed reservation. However, when we arrived on time, there was no reserved table for us. This raises concern whether the reservation system isn't working properly or if we were bumped due to the restaurant being busy that day. We had to wait with hungry kids, although we appreciated being offered bread while waiting.

   We booked a reservation at 1pm but it took us 45 minutes to be seated. Service was also not quick, it’s hard to call for servers to assist us. There was also an instance wherein we received late the soup that we ordered, but we expected it to be served first than the mains. The food is okay, I love the Chicken & Gnocchi soup and chicken parmigiana that my mom ordered. Salad is okay, while the main dish that I ordered, Sirloin Parmesan and mashed potato, is 70/100. I like while the sirloin is just okay, not something that I’ll order again. Overall, although there were some misses, I’ll still probably give it a chance again and come back.

   Some sides were late. Asked for a breadstick and another soup, it never came. We asked for the bill twice just for it to be delivered. Food was good though but the service was definitely lacking.

   Service was great. There was only three of us but we were seated at a table for six. Food was great and provides value for money.

   If you are craving for Italian pasta, pizza, unlimited appetizers and good ambience for food and conversation, then Olive Garden at Opus Mall is a good choice!

   Food was great specially the frito misto and mozzarella and pasta. We will definitely eat here again!

   just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing food! Every single dish we ordered was absolutely perfect—flavorful, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for. It’s clear that a lot of care and skill went into preparing our meal. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and can’t wait to come back for more!
