Overall, the food was good — we can definitely say it didn’t lack anything. We enjoyed the taste, and each serving, including the soup, was served hot. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the place not being full, our requests were often disregarded, and we had to follow up multiple times for simple things. One example is when we asked for soup; we waited so long that we had to ask another server just to get it. My friend’s pasta order also took unusually long. While the rest of us were almost finished eating, his dish was still in the kitchen. We were told that a specific staff member would cater to our table, but we ended up calling the attention of at least five different people — and still, our requests were not properly addressed. We had to follow up on the pasta four times, and when we approached the manager — the one wearing a green blazer — she seemed visibly annoyed and uninterested in helping. This was especially disappointing because in all the other Bistro Group restaurants we’ve visited, the managers have been warm, attentive, and even asked how our meals were going. That level of hospitality was completely missing here, which was not what we expected from a Bistro Group establishment.

Very nice staff, meal was satisfying.. We had a great time and Yanna (also Janet and the rest - i forgot the names though) answered all my questions, Yanna also made sure my daughter enjoyed her birthday. Everyone was nice and very accommodating, Thank you, we will surely be back. :)

The food was great, but the service could do with a little more improvement. It was quite a task to get the waiters’ attention.

Their unlimited bread stick, soup, and salad (in the Philippines) are great. You can already get full from this alone. Enjoyed our experience with Olive Garden.

The service was great. Staff assisted as easily and the service was great the food was served quickly and they assisted us in the questions that we had. Food was also delicious and appealing.

As usual, the food tastes great. Service is bad. You need to wait for 5-10 minutes to be attended by the crew. Food and even drinks take around 30 minutes to arrive. Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks take too long to be able to replenish, considering the numerous follow-ups.

Twas a great experience to dine in at Olive Garden and celebrate my simple Birthday with my friend. Thanks to the server it’s a great experience. It’s my second time actually, first when I was with my Peruvian Bf. That is how I discovered the place and the food is overall 10/10 especially the shrimp pasta. Thank you!
