It was Chef Munjid and his wife Tammy’s dream to one day be able to open their own Mediterranean restaurant and share his cuisine with the world. That dream is now a reality with Olive and Fig Mediterranean Kitchen. Together they take great pride in making each plate transport you to the Greek Isles or the banks of the Mediterranean Sea where some of the finest cuisine is served. We are excited to bring you some flavors from the Mediterranean and we hope you enjoy!

As we are in our peak season we are requesting that you have patience as our cuisine is made to order. You will find no precooked items and we do not use microwaves or steam tables to heat or store food. In addition, no frozen items except those that should be such as French fries or ice cream desserts.

We take pride in our quality and request if have any concerns or not satisfied please ask to speak with Tammy the owner.

Food taste, quality, and value was excellent. Great menu for Vegan and vegetarian meals, as well as, meat based. The owners and servers were friendly, attentive, and spot on with service. We will definitely return often.

Visiting from Long Island and I have to say THIS IS THE BEST GREEK/MEDITERRANEAN FOOD IVE EVER EATEN!! I had and LOVED their Babaganoush. Hummus (unbelievably smooth/flavor) tzatziki sauce with grilled lamb and beef kebabs. The flavors were incredible. We spoke to Tammy the owner and she is just the sweetest women! We felt like we’ve known her for years and we had literally just met! My husband had the gyro platter and he loved it and couldn’t believe how big the portion was!! A must try!!! I wish I lived closer!!!

We had a wonderful meal and our server, Victoria, was a standout. These were all new flavors for half of our group and we were able to sample multiple Mediterranean classics such as falafel, Babah Ganoush, and shawarma. All terrific.

Olive & Fig is always excellent. If you're in the Hilton Head area, there's no restaurant that I can recommend more highly. The food is amazing, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the ambience is very comfortable. My wife has a garlic and onion intolerance and Olive & Fig directed her to a few menu items that she'd have no problem with and even used new pans so that there would be no cross-pollution of onions or garlic in her food. We brought a Lebanese friend and his wife there for dinner and, after a few minutes of silence, I asked him what he thought of the food. He said, "This is the taste of my childhood, and so close to my Mother's cooking". Enough said. Go there. You'll thank me.

We waited over 50 minutes to even order! There were only 2 waitresses running their legs off and one busboy. Understanding it is hard to find help these days. Our waitress was a sweetheart. The combo platter was so dry and tasteless. The “grilled vegetables” appeared to be from the frozen food section of your local grocery store. I am not sure how this restaurant gets high scores? Maybe from the folks in the neighborhood?

This was our family’s last dinner for vacation. It was the BEST one! The food was amazing, they had gluten free options, and our waitress (Maggie) was pure delight. We loved this place!

We wouldn't miss Olive & fig each time we come to HH. We love the family feel and the food is just outstanding. Our only thing is that the menu is nearly impossible to read as the font is small and the walls are dark-ish.

Wonderful first experience at the Olive & Fig!! We sat at the bar. Tammy, the owner, is a lovely person. Her husband is an awesome cook!! Ordered the Gyro platter which was delicious and plenty of food.

This restaurant is such a treat. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The wait staff is over the top kind and attentive. Ambience is lovely, music is great, not too loud, slightly romantic. I wish it was closer to Savannah, but we will be back!

This was our first time at Olive and Fig on our way off the island and what a fun little place!! The food was great, the staff was very friendly, awesome cocktails, and the place had a very nice vibe to it. They sang for my wife’s birthday and gave her a piece of baklava and the owner even stopped by to chat. We will definitely be back!!

The food was phenomenal. Had the falafel appetizer- presentation excellent had smeared hummus for extra dipping along with tahini, and small pickles vegetables. Had the Gyro—meat was tender and flavorful, tzatziki flavor good —house salad side refreshing and flavorful.

Victoria was great with service and recommendations. Food was excellent and as advertised. If you like Mediterranean and Greek food this place is a must. Located in a small strip plaza near Moss Creek and easy to get to.

We love Olive & Fig and typically have a great experience. I think they were just overwhelmed this particular evening. There were a few large groups that the staff seemed to cater to leaving others to want for refills, check-in, etc. Saganaki appetizer and gyro meat entree were both cold -- like they had been re-thermed but just not long enough. We'll be back based upon past experiences but unfortunately this was not a good experience.
