The food was overpriced and awful. The appetizer serving was too small for the price. The cowboy ribeye was tough and salty. The porterhouse was also tough to eat. The restaurant was too cold, so I ordered a seafood chowder to warm up and find some comfort. Instead, I was given a deconstructed chowder, and it did not warm me up at all. The Wi-Fi was extremely difficult to access, even for a Marriott Bonvoy member. Our waiter, Ruben, said that even for him, the wifi was not available. We were told that the restaurant should have validated our parking, but instead, we had to pay the full $30. We were there to try your restaurant and sample the food for a future get-together. However, since we did not have a good experience, we will not recommend your restaurant to our friends and family, and we will not be returning either.

Drinks were good. Food was good, not a fan of the herb butter with bread. Main dining was extremely loud, they are adding some acoustic devices to help. Staff was very friendly, will definitely be back. Hopefully won’t be as loud.

Felt it was overpriced. From the valet parking ($25 that’s the discounted price), the drinks and food itself. The service was great. Appreciate the chef coming out to meet and interact with the guests.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at the Old Hickory Steakhouse knowing what to get in comes with food and service. My wife and I had a great time. Sergio did an excellent job! We couldn't be happier. The ladies in the front even gave a written birthday card to my wife, how thoughtful! We are looking to dine in there again.

Our waitress was amazing!!! Extremely Professional. My Husband has a medical condition and we had to leave right after our appetizer. I was sad as it was our Anniversary celebration. She was very kind and accommodating! We will hopefully be back soon!

My family and I recently stayed at the new Gaylord Pacific over Memorial Day weekend and had a couple of dining experiences I wanted to share feedback on. On our first night, we had an 8:15 PM reservation at your restaurant but experienced a delay. After waiting until 8:40 PM, we decided to dine elsewhere at Growlers. During our second night at the hotel, we made a reservation after spending time at the pool. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were unfortunately turned away due to our attire. I was wearing a comfortable lounge outfit as we had just returned to our room to shower. The employee at the front desk who explained the dress code was also a bit impolite. While we were fine with sitting in the lounge area instead, we were surprised when, about ten minutes later, two gentlemen in basketball shorts, hats, and t-shirts walked out of the main dining room. Upon bringing this to the manager's attention, she was very apologetic and kind regarding the miscommunication, as was the staff member who later delivered our food to the lounge. Overall, we found the food to be excellent, the restaurant itself is stunning, and the ambiance was beautiful. We simply hope for a bit more clarity and consistency in communication with guests regarding policies such as the dress code. As a family that travels frequently, we appreciate experiencing diverse dining options with our children, including fine dining. To prevent similar situations for other guests in the future, I would suggest clearly communicating and enforcing any dress code at the time of booking reservations. This would help ensure that all guests are aware of the expectations and avoid any potential discomfort or embarrassment.

The restaurant is pretty, but the acoustics must be addressed. The restaurant is so loud, I was reminded of a cafeteria. We had trouble hearing our server and each other. I had a filet, potatoes and asparagus with a Bearnaise sauce. All were very good. My husband, however, could not seem to get his dry aged steak cooked medium rare. He was also underwhelmed with the quality of the beef. The restaurant kindly removed the steak from our bill, after delivering well cooked steak twice. Our server was really very nice and recommended a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed. Prices are high at this restaurant, so we were a little surprised at how casually everyone dressed for what should be a special meal. With the restaurant being so new, they hopefully will work out these issues for future guests.

Sadly, the food was not great. The steak was overpriced and poorly cooked. Dinner took over 2.5 hours. The server was friendly and nice, but this did not live up to the price tag. Super expensive and disappointing sadly. However, the potato puree was incredible, but who goes to a steakhouse for the side dishes?
