   Lovely friendly staff, the food and the cocktails were great and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Very good value for money for Soho and will definitely be returning

   Definitely not 4.7 stars. Tuna was extremely dry and tasteless

   Dear Aki, Thank you for your feedback. We looked into your order and checked with our chefs—the tuna used was fresh and delivered the same day. The platter you ordered includes seared tuna nigiri, which is seared on the outside. That’s the standard preparation for this item and not the same as raw tuna. If that’s what you were referring to as “dried,” we understand the confusion, but it was prepared correctly. If two pieces of seared tuna out of the entire meal were the reason for the 1-star review, we feel that’s a bit unfair, but we respect your opinion. We always recommend asking about unfamiliar items—we’re happy to explain so you get exactly what you’re looking for.    Really recommend OITA. The menu is extensive, great lunch offers, and its great value. Not too expensive for central London. Good location too.
