Always great food !
Very quaint interior. Small restaurant that can serve about 40 people at a time. We ordered basically everything off the starter menu and it was great. Beet salad was fresh. Escargot and Brie was great. Enjoyed the France charcuterie plate. French onion soup was delightful.
Marvelous goose liver pate, sauces, frites, and crème brule and mouse. Romantic atmosphere and exceptional service always! Nice wine selection. It was full on Valentine's Day and as usual we saw friends there who were also repeat customers. But the service was still brilliant!
Our first time at Ohlala and we were very pleased with the Goat Cheese and Pistachio and the Smoked Salmon appetizers, and my Sole entrée was prepared perfectly. The ambience was very much in the theme of Valentines Day. The only disappointment was in our desserts, where both my Beloved's mousse and my sorbet where a little thin on flavor. All-in-all, we're definitely going back.
The food was delicious. I’m so glad I found this restaurant.
Excellent food for prices. Service was outstanding
I have never been here and found Ohlala to be a wonderful surprise! Delicious escargots!!
Excellent place for lunch or dinner. The ambience is charming and the wait staff is friendly as is the owner, Richard. The food is very good and there is sufficient variety to please all tastes.
Always so pleasant and enjoyable here. It’s just a little bit of France in the desert without the pretense. Nice assortment of approachable wines. Staff always so welcoming. Just small enough to retain its charm.
Cozy french bistro off the strip and away from the smoke. The service is friendly and the food is good.
The only exception is that they need a pastry chef. The presentation of the mousse literally looks like an animal dropped a load in a bowl. It should have been dressed up with whipped cream or something else, considering they take pride in the presentation of their food. Other than that, no other complaint. Will try them again down the road.
Overall, very nice dinner. My biggest complaint is that we requested a side table - and a couple were available - but we were not given one because they wanted to save them for walk-ins. We had a child with us and it would have been much more comfortable if we had been given our choice. Disappointing. Also, the French Onion Soup tasted burnt. It was better the second time they brought it out, but it still didn’t taste right.
The staff at OhLaLa always does a great job and the food is incredible.
Outstanding escargot and the pate was perfect!!!
The Sole Menieure was so delicious and tender.
Excellent service as well. Abby was so professional. This will be a new French favorite
We enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner chez Ohlala.
We love OhLaLa!! Everything is always great... the service is the best (super personable) and the food is excellent. We’ve been here several times and it’s always a pleasure! It’s like having French cuisine in your own home!
I can’t say I understand the hype this place received. Maybe because it’s near Sun City and people don’t travel to other much higher rated and deserving restaurants. French Onion soup was lacking taste. Filet was served butterfly even though it was supposed to be Medium. Why offer a filet if your going to butcher it? Quality of the filet was choice at best and lacked a char or seasoning. Dover Sole was nasty. They serve it drenched with what I think was clarified butter and oil. Skin was not crispy because it was drenched in this substance. Plates came out so hot that it made the food superheated and you risked burning yourself to eat. Chairs are hard and uncomfortable. I just don’t get it. I went there due to the “5” star rating and was hugely disappointed. Much better places to go for the money and with much better quality food. This place is overrated and would not recommend it to anyone.
We have dined there before, and it was an excellent dining experience. The service and the food were first class, and the wonderful variety of entrees' on the menu were outstanding.
very disappointing. the quality of the food was good, but something was missing in the preparation.
also, a rack of lamb at $37.00 al a carte should be a rack and not a few thin chops! my mussels were good, but the sauce had no flavor and was very watery. all in all, we were not impressed.
Food is always exceptional and the servers have a great knowledge of the menu.
We always receive excellent cuisine and service. Thank you to Chef Richard and his restaurant team.
The service and food was excellent
The food was good but not great . The service was terrific and the owner was polite and willing to take feedback .
Food and staff are awesome! Never had a bad meal. One of the best French restaurants in Vegas.
We were there for brunch. We started with the escargot, which was wonderful. I had the strip steak and my companion had the eggs Benedict. The strip steak was too thick and quite difficult to chew, even for this cut of meat. By his account the Benedict was terrific.
The service was great and it was a very enjoyable atmosphere. The dessert menu had 5 very similar items, flan, Creme brûlée’s and other custards. Some variety would have prompted me to try something. I will definitely go back to try the dinner menu.
Excellent food and friendly service.
Great food and service in a small French style bistro.
Just friends enjoying a nice relaxing lunch. We were able to sit and relax . Staff was very attentive and professional. A hidden gem.
High Quality restaurant all around. This is the real thing. Food very well prepared. All four of us were very happy. Extremely fair pricing on the wines and a well thought out list that paired perfectly with the food.
Abby was a great server who anticipated our needs without being overly intrusive. The food was outstanding and we were very happy that we chose OhLaLa for our date night.
Great little find.
Be sure to make reservations.
It's one of a kind restaurant
Our second time here - if you are looking for an un-Vegas experience and outstanding French Bistro fare, check this out. The service is outstanding and super friendly, and the pricing very reasonable.
We discovered this authentic little gem of a French Bistro several years ago and it is a must visit whenever we’re in Summerlin. The food is consistent and a nice representation of French Bistro food. Highlights are Moules we Frites and the filet mignonette is outstanding. A warm, bustling ambience would almost have you believe you’re in France. Merci Chef Robert for bringing a little culture and wonderful food to Summerlin. Oh, and the wine list is terrific too..
This is one of our favorite restaurants! We try to eat here at least once a week.
The staff is amazing and the food is always fabulous!
Consistently excellent food and service. One of our favorite restaurants and a neighborhood gem.
We had a wonderful dinner. The Chef was so gracious and the service was quick and friendly. We truly enjoyed the sole. We had a wonderful Rhine red wine. We will definitely be back.
It was a fun delicious dinner. All food choices were creative and wonderful
Great service and great ambiance
Can’t wait until our next dinner
Such a great spot. Intimate dining room, wonderful food and very good service. Nice alternative to a chain or venturing toward the strip. Favorite place in the area, will be back!
Very accommodating of my garlic allergy. The staff really cares if their guests have a good experience. Highly recommend.
Lots of friends were there for their anniversary dinner. The food and the wine were, as always, excellent. Their service could not be better, and I like the looks of the place. My only gripe is parking which is limited, and largely taken by the folks next door at Starbucks.
