Offshore is a bright and airy rooftop bar open year-round on the third floor at the East end of Navy Pier. With collapsable floor to ceiling windows you get sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s city skyline. Our globally inspired menu features items from coast to coast that include light to substantial fares.

Outdoor seating is not guaranteed! It is on a first come first served basis.
21 years of age and older after 9pm daily.
The last reservation is one hour before closing.

8pm reservation, sat down around 8:10/15 when the whole party arrived. We were a group of 10. Service was sparse, we had to ask multiple times for silverware and napkins. Entrees weren’t served until 9:30. Food was good. Not worth it.

Service staff were professional and friendly! Loved the plant based steak. Amazing texture and taste! Can't beat the lake views. We sat inside due to the heat. Interior sound is "energetic" but overall, definitely would come back again.

The waitress was so busy she barely came to our table. The view is very nice. The host was nice and friendly. I asked for Wine, and it was warm. I did get another wine, and it was about the same. I had family in from out of town and they said the service was not that great. My mom had to raise her hand time and time again. We had to try so hard to get her attention. My party was a party of 8. HOW can you miss our table? The only good thing about this place is the view. NOTHING ELSE.

It was perfect o could see the fireworks nicely, however the fish and chips were very very greasy, as well as the French fries. The poke bowl was amazing though. Also very annoying entrance had to go through a lot just to get there.

Ate here as a family trip with husband and two teenagers. We wanted to see the views - the restaurant is great for this - open and airy. The food was not out of this world (we had salmon, fish and chips and wings) but our server was great.

Menu is looking muted like a bar food menu, but less. Table requested months in advance did not happen , just a fair to bad experience. The outdoor areas was terrific and enjoyed that, but would never suggest eating here to anyone.

The steak frites were pretty undercooked (I asked for medium rare & the steak was very rare). The service was just ok, not amazing, but just ok. I will say the chips & dip were good.
