Great dining experience and service. The place for seafood lovers.
Great food as always
Waiter was great and food was deliciosa, very cozy and quiet
Raw fish not cooked to order, cold temperatures and rude staff, management!
The food was surpassed only by the service. Both were excellent
I was at a business dinner. Told them I had a seafood allergy. Exposure was laced on side dishes. Had an allergic reaction. Waiter was not careful to take care of me. I've eaten at so many seafood restaurants and NEVER had this problem before.
Fantastic service with a fun, warm, humorous touch.
Service was very slow and food felt microwaved to heat up. Potatoes initially served almost cold.
Only issue was our main course did not come out in a timely manner. Big gap in time. Although our waiter apologized it would have been appropriate if we were offered some form of credit or complimentary item. The food was tasty but lukewarm.
Food was good not fabulous to noisy
Key lime pie was not good at all would be embarrassed to serve not being mean it’s a bad way to end a meal
Best ever is the grill in San Angelo Tx it’s to die for
Pretty loud so if you have a large group (6+) you will not be hearing the other end of the table.
Great fish and incredible service. Ask for Jose and get treated like a king.
Spectacular service from our waiter, Kyle. Great seafood and drinks. Very attentive staff. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Went here with family (4) for my birthday on a Thursday night @ 7 pm. Reservation worked well, seated immediately & greeted promptly by our server, Beth. She did an excellent job, very knowledgeable about the menu & made several
Suggestions which were helpful. Daughter, son & husband ordered oysters on the half shell & char grilled & said they were great. Kinda downhill from there. Daughter & I had lobster bisque ( which we love & had been recommended). It was tasty but I have had much better. Too thick. I splurged & got the lobster tail. I was shocked that for $52 it had absolutely no flavor! I tried salt & pepper& of course the provided butter but it was totally bland. My table mates agreed. My daughter had mahi-mahi black & blue & said it was only ok. My husband had Icelandic char & said it was ok but not warm enough. Son had stuffed pollack & just didn’t care for the stuffing. The restaurant was kind enough to provide birthday dessert for me- which was a beautifully served baked Alaska. Hate
to sound negative but none of us though it tasted very good. Btw- our drinks before dinner- @ $14 each, were presented beautiful but only tasted ok. I had researched for what I though would be great seafood dinner with ambience for my birthday dinner. I knew it was pricey, but don’t mind that if it is an excellent meal. The place
Is charming & our server
Was impeccable! For $475 for four of us- the food was way below par & we were disappointed.
Perfect dinner! Everything was great from the service to the food. Had appetizers drinks sides meals and dessert for $100 person. Loved it!
The main server was slammed with 4 tables of which one was a party of 8 and our table of 4. We thought the assistant server would pick up some of the slack, but he didn’t. Our server was great, but just not as present as they should have been for a restaurant of this type. Disappointed in the overall level of service.
Oceanaire ALWAYS delivers. A favorite among seafood restaurants. We have been eating at and holding events at Oceanaire across the US for 14 years and will continue to do so because of the consistency of food quality and service.
Wife tripped walking in multiple times (she was sober), rather than make sure she was ok, manager made condescending comment about her sobriety. Soup was cold. One of my drinks came in a glass with remnants on the glass of a previous drink. Waiter grabbed check book from my table while we were still sitting there, and checked the book when still near the table. Not a good experience for the price.
Took my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and we loved it. The food was great. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed the drinks, especially their Oceanaire. We first sat at the bar to wait for our table. People were friendly. It was a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it in the end for a special night out.
Our server Kyle was pleasant, attentive and amicable. The dishes were well seasoned and delicious. Will definitely be back.
Elegant dining and excellent service provided, with a large selection of wines to choose from. Prices are not for the weak of heart, but the quality of the fare cannot be challenged. Only one negative comment: the portion of trigger fish I was served was quite small for the price charged. Otherwise, this establishment is highly recommended for special occasions and for a romantic evening out. Located in Pointe Orlando, a complex of stores and upscale restaurants, valet parking affords an added convenience to the evening. Don't forget to validate!
My wife and I went on Valentine's Day and had a wonderful time. Marcus took great care of us and answered all of our questions. I had the monk fish and my wife had the trigger fish. Both dishes were very very tasty and I would recommend both. I'm sure some would say the service was slow, but my wife and I enjoyed being able to complete a course before the next item arrived. We never felt rushed and the pace really allowed us to enjoy the food. We were seated in the back and it was very easy to hold a conversation. I'm sure if you sat in the bar area it would be louder but not "sports bar loud". All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely visit again.
Aron was a great server the food is very good.
Best dining experience I have ever had! The food, atmosphere and service will make me return next week!
Pity that in general restaurants doesn’t really knows how to treat someone alone.
Grilled oysters were great. Arctic char was excellent. The chicken fried lobster was good but I am a traditionalist. Glad I tried it but going back to more traditional preparations. The wine list is incredible with truly outstanding labels and surprisingly reasonably priced (stags leap chardonnay for around $55 a bottle). Tiramisu was also really good. Waiters were genial and attentive.
Really great service & fresh seafood. They are top notch. Ate here twice on my visit for a convention. Recommend the whole snapper.
Over priced medium food!
Service great.... food C...
Enjoyed our meal and service, Keith was freindly and attentive. The special treatment for my birthday was appreciated. . Clean and friendly. Love the Sanatra old school swanky feel. Great explanation of specials and seafood catagories. I would definitely recommend Oceanaire Orlando to freinds and family.
this meal and experience was "amazing"! We shared various appetizers that were truly outstanding. Wine and specialty drinks were delicious and the fish entrees were wonderful! Service, food quality, ambience were wonderful and we all had a great time.
Glad I booked via opentable otherwise I would not have had the opportunity to dine here. Oceanaire was wonderful. Best dinner I had the entire time of my conference.
The place was quiet and staff very friendly and nice. Food was good as always. Everyone loved the Hash Browns. The food was prepared as ordered. We will return again.
We came for the wine tour and it seemed to take a while to get our first round of drinks. Then the second also took some time. However then we were rushed through the 3rd and 4th pour. My husbands fish was burnt and the waiter took all the sides off the table while one person in our party was still finishing his meal. We were not even asked if we were finished or wanted to box the sides. I expected more for the price we paid.. we ended up leaving a whole glass of wine because of the timing of each pour.
Amazing restaurant and great food. suberb service as well. convenient location to convention center area.
Visiting Orlando to hang out with snow bird in-laws. I was able to secure a reservation same day- very nice. The service was very Profesional, friendly and attentive. My mother-in-law managed to ask an insensitive question about our server's name - Apologies. Our server handled it deftly. Food was great. Drinks were spot on. I have visited the Seattle location a handful of times when I lived there. Consistently great.
There was a wide variety for fish/seafood selections. We tried the stuffed cod and the branzino. Both were excellent.
Incredible experience! The snapper was probably the best I’ve ever had. Service was 1st class. Valet parking was perfectly located to the facility.
The service was very good but not without errors. There were great fish offerings on the menu but I struggled to find more local gulf offerings. The grilled oysters were very small and disappointing and not good value. The lobster bisque was outstanding.
Tuna poke was over the top hot. Service was rushed. Table of 10, and no one finished salads before the entrees arrived. Didn’t have the first wine choice which has happened before here a few times for me. No non seafood apps? What do people with allergies get? Have one or two.
