   I took my wife to Oceanaire for her birthday. Our waiter Doug was very attentive and took good care of us. They had a special holiday menu, which we enjoyed. We each picked the filet mignon entrée. The appearance and taste wasn’t as good as it had been in the past, but still good. We will try the filet again, at our next visitWe enjoyed the complementary baked Alaska dessert for my wife’s birthday. We are regular customers and enjoyed our birthday evening dinner.

   Oceanaire was beautiful. It was my first time there and everything went amazing. I was celebrating my college graduation and the staff definitely made me feel celebrated. The service was amazing and the food was incredible. 10/10.

   We love the Oceanaire. Everything from the fresh sourdough, to the shrimp and grits to the swordfish, just delicious. The service is always outstanding.

   When we found that two of the oysters were not fresh and smelled, the waiter said to replace them. In the end, we didn't get it . After the main course. We waited for ten minutes and didn't get the dessert menu. The service in the whole restaurant was very bad. It was regrettable.

   Outstanding Experience at Oceanaire – Thanks to Wendie, and an incredible Halibut Dish From start to finish, our evening at Oceanaire in Minneapolis was exceptional. The first impression was already off to a great start thanks to the valet service, which was prompt, professional, and courteous—making arrival completely seamless. The valet helped my mother from the car and walked her to the sidewalk! Inside, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, whose presence and attention to detail were immediately evident. Her professionalism and personal touch truly elevated our dining experience and made us feel like valued guests. Our server, Wendie, was an absolute standout—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the menu with care and made excellent recommendations, including the highlight of the night: the Halibut with Dynamite topping. The fish was perfectly cooked—flaky, flavorful, and topped with a bold, delicious blend that lived up to its name. It’s a must-try for seafood lovers. The Baked Alaska is a must have to finish your evening. There was no wait we were finishing it, and yet, we did. Every element of the evening—from service to cuisine—was top-notch. Hats off to the entire team at Oceanaire, especially Wendie, for creating a truly memorable dining experience. We'll definitely be back.

    Great seafood but restaurant seemed understaffed. By the time the restaurant was half full, service became very slow.
