   We went to Ocean Prime Orlando based on our fantastic experience at the Sarasota location. Upon arrival we immediately knew this would not be the same positive outcome. But, after a 30 minute Uber to get there we didn’t want to leave. We often bring our own favorite wine and pay the corkage if they don’t carry it. When we put it on the bar the bartender actually sneered at us. He didn’t open it, he just asked if we were going to have dinner. Yes, we were. We had to ask for everything, water, bread, dinner menu, open the bottle. Not once did he ask us what we wanted. The second bartender was slightly better. He took our dinner order. I ordered sea bass. My husband ordered the 8oz filet and a side of mash potatoes to share. My seas bass came out cold and inedible. I couldn’t cut it with a knife. Rubber. To add insult the waitress poured truffle oil all over it without asking and before I could stop her. It drowned the plate in oil. I sent it back and I got another meal, which was cooked properly. It was good enough.But only after my husband had finished his and the side of potatoes were now cold. The filet was also not very hot and mediocre, compared to being outstanding in Sarasota. We were in and out in under an hour, it was certainly not the relaxing enjoyable date night we had hoped for. It was $200 for two sub par meals with lousy, almost rude service. The ambience was zero. Dark dingy cold. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a fine dining experience, this is not the place.

   I really love Ocean Prime. The experience is very consistent which I love in a fine dining establishment. The service is first class! The food is great every time! The ambiance is beautiful! I'll be back soon! Thank you for another great dinner!

   We had the pleasure of dining at your Orlando location to celebrate my mother’s birthday and our Server Jerred was an absolute treat! Very knowledgeable and accommodating went above and beyond! Not to mention the food was delicious…every..single thing! And we ordered a lot! The drinks were very good too! Will definitely be returning to try more items I didn’t get to!

   Food quality and service was good. Definitely worth trying for a special occasion. Get the goat cheese raviolis.

    We asked for decaf coffee and got caffeinated. Otherwise the food and service was outstanding. Pricey but outstanding!
