    Made a reservation for Father’s Day. The day after we ate we got charged $50 for not showing up. I called the restaurant and asked about the $50 charge. The hostess explained it was an error and the charge would be reversed and a manager would call me after his meeting. It’s been a few days, no call and no reversed charge. I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge. We spent $400 total. I shouldn’t have to make phone calls and wait that long to have this mistake fixed. Service from Fender at the bar was amazing! Managing team, not so much.

    Great food and ambiance, but also very pricey. Service was very good. Would go again for a special occasion.

    Fun evening for everyone! Took our Grandson to KC at his request for his graduation present. Royals game, Chiefs stadium tour and great dinner at Ocean Prime. Server and supporting staff were very knowledgeable and made for great time. Highly recommend.

    We got seafood, and both choices were excellent, the vegetables were especially flavorful.  Very pricey, especially for drinks.
