   Service was subpar. Had to ask for our waiter after we had been seated 10 min. He appeared after another 2 min but had a cold demeanor. Ordered twin lobster tails and a twice baked potato. The potato came out lukewarm with large chunks of potato mixed in the mixture. Lobster was exceptional but did send back the potato. The replacement was steaming hot but the potato chunks were still present. This may be their way of making twice baked potatoes but I didn’t enjoy it. My partner ordered the filet and a lobster tail also with a twice baked potato. Her potato was hot but also had these same chunks. She also didn’t care for this approach to making twice baked potatoes. Her steak and lobster were excellent per her report.

   An absolutely fun and fabulous dining experience due to Layla our extraordinary server and the amazing cocktails and food we were served! We are in town for a wedding and this was a fantastic start to our weekend. This restaurant does it right. Customer happiness and satisfaction were key to every part of our time spent at Ocean Prime. Thanks for a wonderful night out!

   We had a wonderful experience. Clay was our server and he was fantastic!! The food was delicious and drinks were amazing! Highly recommend this place!!

   Ocean Prime is a beautiful venue; however, our overall experience was disappointing for price we paid. Our issues as follows: 1) they did not have our first wine choice and so, instead of comping a comparable wine at the same price we had to pick a more expensive wine; 2) the "wait" time between servings was excessive, for instance, it took a half hour between our initial serving of our soup and salad to the serving of our main entree and close to a half hour from completion of our main entree to our desert serving. While we have had bad experiences of higher end restaurants "rushing" our meals the Ocean Prime approach was too much the other way; and finally 3) the main entrees, while good, did not justify their price.

   My boyfriend and I had date night last night , we enjoyed everything together. Also I’m from out of town I enjoy my last night in Kansas and it was a great experience!!

   I went to Ocean Prime on Easter, I had the steak and Eggs. Well mid second bite I been to choke and gag only to find an eggshell in my mouth. my throat was scratched pretty bad.

   We went there for Easter. My lamb chop were uncooked and had to send back. They were still not cooked properly so I didn’t even eat them. My son steak were terrible quality and he didn’t hardly eat it. We were very disappointed!!! The sushi was perfect for appetizers and the sides but the red meat for me, my son and husband was TERRIBLE quality!! I am so disappointed because we never had this experience with your steak at your restaurant!!!
