    Very slow service ruined our evening at this overpriced restaurant. It was 30 minutes before our server took our order for our beers and delivered them and it went downhill from there. Oysters were good, Caesar salad lacked taste, bread ($8) was dry and not warm, lobster was okay, sea bass was okay, but not great for the prices. If you go and get Ricky for your server, ask for someone else.

    This was one of the better restaurants we’ve eaten in. It popped up when I googled hard to get reservations. It’s was shoulder season so it was easy to get in. Everything was perfect. Charles our waiter was very patient with my husband and he was the best. We loved it and will be there again next visit to Chicago. Thanks Charles.

    Ocean Prime was an absolute delight! Our server, Erin, truly made our dining experience unforgettable. Her jokes and laughter made us feel like family at the end of the night. Every employee was amazing, attentive to detail, and genuinely cared about our well-being. We can’t wait to return!

    Outstanding food, drink and service. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner after walking by this upscale restaurant on so many visits to Chicago. The cost was high, but worth it.

    Yes, this is a chain restaurant, but many other fine dining establishments could learn a thing or two from them about providing a great customer experience. For example: nicely spaced, comfortable tables instead of cramped banquette seating; appropriately attentive wait staff who never stray into pretentiousness; a customer-is-always-right mentality. If you are just looking for a relaxed evening with great cocktails and delicious food, sans attitude, this is your place.

    Food was excellent. I think the presentation of the ahi tuna could have been more imaginative but it was excellent!! The sushi was great as were the scallops. The service was extraordinary and the ambience was very pleasant as we were in a less commonly used room toward the back of the restaurant. Overall it was wonderful experience.

    Service 10/10 super. Staff was very attentive every second my party and I was there. Food was great, and wonderful I mean beautiful ambiance.
