    Took at least 3 minutes for someone to greet me and my kids at the door, had to get my own menus, was given a table which was dirty and had to tell the server I would wait to sit until it was cleaned. There were loads of other tables available, as well. We booked but they didn't seem to even know about the booking. The food is good, great for kids, but the service is truly appalling. Can't imagine what it would be like if they had actually been busy!

    The Food was not up to standard. The Battered fish was breaded and not what we are used to at ocean basked. There was no fluffy batter on the fish but hard horrible breaded crumbs. I had the grilled hale which seemed like it was beaten flat almost mushed up. I was also not asked to scan my vip card, not a great start. I hope you can bring back the South African standards we are used to. I

    Had an amazing lunch with my wife we both had the ocean's best platter.everything was cooked perfectly as was great.great value at £12 think this is a promotion and available to the end of June.staff was very helpful and attentive.will definitely be visiting again soon.

    Such great value for money. The food was great and we were all stuffed when we left. Fresh fish and delicious flavours!

    My first visit to Ocean Basket in Bromley. The Staff were attentive, polite and welcoming. The ambience was very pleasant and the food was beautiful. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Bad service No cutlery..had to find some Asked for a jug of water twice !! Asked for salad with No olives as they disagree with me Served salad with olives asked them to temove them...not well all night Went back to restaurant to complain..told by the manager.."it wont happen again"

    Despite being fully booked, the team made space for us and delivered flawless service with genuine smiles. The food was perfect, and they even surprised me with birthday treats amidst the rush! Such dedication to guest happiness—especially when busy—is rare. We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you for turning a potential hiccup into a highlight!
