OBC Kitchen is a local, chef-driven restaurant that houses an extremely rare bourbon collection, eclectic craft beer selection and extensive wine list. Centuries-old local barn wood surrounds guests as they enjoy high quality, distinctive dishes in a pub like atmosphere. Indulge in chef-driven dishes and seasonal favorites. Celebrate the weekend with $5 Happy Hour features each Friday. Enjoy brunch favorites, bloody marys and mimosas on Saturday and Sunday.

The passionate staff fosters a spirit of hospitality and Kentucky heritage. OBC Kitchen was named after the counties that eventually became Kentucky; “Old Bourbon County” was stamped on bourbon barrels that floated down the Mississippi from Kentucky and became synonymous with the best bourbon in the U.S.

    Every visit has been outstanding. It’s expensive (especially drinks) but food and drinks are AMAZING and the staff has always been just as amazing. Can’t wait to go again soon

    This is one of our “go to” restaurants when visiting Lexington. Great food and sooo many bourbon choices. We love the atmosphere, but it can be a bit noisy.

    Kaitlyn was my server. She’s pretty solid. Very down to earth personality and great sense of humor. You can tell she values what her customers think of the service. I also enjoyed the tight jeans.

    My wife and I came here from a baby free date and were honestly caught off guard by how good OBC was from the wait staff, the options, the quality, the atmosphere you name it. Highly recommend!! We normally only go to JR's when we're in Lexington but this spot is where we're going everytime. We've already told 3 people they need to go and it's only been 24hrs since we ate there. P.S. Make sure to order the Pork Belly Tacos, the Scalloped Risotto and the DONUTS!!
