Perfect date night spot or night out with friends. Must try the Parkour rolls! I ordered the steak frites and the steak literally melts in your mouth and the bone marrow fries that come with it.. just WOW! Crispy and delicious. My husband ordered the burger and no exaggeration, but it was the best burger we ever had! We will definitely be back for more.

I had an incredible, personalized dining experience and the food was absolutely delicious. They cooked a nearly 70 oz tomahawk ribeye to perfection, and the shared plates and deserts were also incredible. This is a terrific steak house, hands down.

This was our first visit to Oak Steakhouse, but won't be our last! The service was impeccable. We had an excellent waitress and so many others who came by to refill drinks, take away dishes, fold napkins, etc. We never wanted for anything! Our daughter is a vegetarian, and they made her a special dish that wasn't even on the menu (and offered by the waitress). The food was outstanding - everything from the steaks to the sides to the homemade ice cream. This is now one of our favorite places to eat.

Initially, I wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday with family and hoped to be able to be seated with a party of 6. I was advised they had a table reserved for a party of 8, which was right in the front and center of the restaurant. Well, long story short, that table stayed open the entire time I was there, which was from 810 pm. until well after 11 pm. Accommodations need a little improvement when it comes to reserved tables and parties not showing up, this could help others who are willing to pay for a nice dinner rather than being turned away or losing part of a party. Service was a little slower than expected with the food coming out, but I'll have to admit when it did finally come out, it was very satisfying. The waiter John was excellent and he did everything possible to help with the food service. The lighting was low wish it could have been turned up slightly to see the menu, but I guess what works for the ambiance works for the ppl. Overall, it was a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday @oaksteakhouseraleigh. The food was so delicious I can't complain, well seasoned, and I look forward to the next outing at this location.

The service from Eric was outstanding. He was very attentive and made sure that my husband and I needs were met. Everyone was so pleasant and attentive including Nicholas who checked in on us and congratulated my husband and I as we celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. Matter of fact everyone who stopped at our table congratulated us on our anniversary. It was so personable as (I guess) if the word passed around the restaurant that we we’re celebrating. Not only was the service outstanding but the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff!!

I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars. The food was amazing. We have normally gone to some of the more well known steakhouses and have been less than thrilled. This was completely different. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious. The wedge salad was wonderful. It had the best tasting tomatoes and house made dressing. The steak was so amazing. Best steak I’ve had in years. Aside from the food, the service couldn’t have been better. When we left, my husband I both said we felt like we were the only table in the place. I’m on keto, and our kind waiter offered to have the sauce placed on the side of the Brussels so I could eat them. It was thoughtful and so kind. This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had and we can’t wait to go back!

We were met by a very friendly but not intrusive staff. Responsive but almost didn't realize they were there, actually not sure how they accomplished that. An example, my water glass was always filled but never remember someone stopping by. The two managers both stopped by to say hello and welcomed us. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections and when we asked made recommendations. Great first time experience and now has become our go to Steak House over every other Raleigh has to offer including Angus Barn, Sullivans, Ruth Chris, Peddlers and Vinnies. Sorry but true. Thank You!

Met a friend who was in town for business at Oak mostly due to its popularity. I made reservations, showed up on time to a nearly empty restaurant at 6:45pm on a Wednesday. Looks like most of their traffic is from the convention folks so large groups later in the evening. At check in I was told to wait a few minutes while they "made sure a table was ready" for me. I waited at the bar for about 15 mins during which they immediately sat at least two other parties of two who walked in. Finally I flagged the hostess and asked if there was a problem with my reservation and she realized that she actually forgot about me! The manager then came over and attempted to justify the error by saying that my other party was not there as yet. I advised him that I would still like to have dinner even my friend stood me up. I was shown to a small (he referred to it as "cozy") table at the back corner of the restaurant where the sun was at it's presetting directness. The other two tables that were seated prior to me (parties of 2) were seated at tables that were shielded from the sun. Couldn't get him to reseat me more comfortably so I sweated through almost the whole dinner until the sun set. Now for the food. People go for the $100+ steaks, but I go for the brussel sprouts! They are devine! We both ordered the bone in filet mignon medium rare. Mine came out medium. They did give us an order of mashed potatoes and a beautifully fluffy souffle to try to make up for the sweat puddle under my chair. All in all, the steak wasn't great. I prefer the steaks at Bruno's or Amelia's and you'll pay a quarter of the price. Won't be back. Cheers!

Great food! Definitely recommend an early reservation so you can have the privilege of trying their beef Wellington. Bone marrow appetizer and rolls were out of this world. Overall the service was solid and food was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Overpriced and overcooked. I ordered the bone in Kansas City strip. It was overpriced at $110 for an 18oz steak. Ordered medium it came out well done. Not edible. The manager, who was very nice, offered to have it redone. As we were going to a show there was no time to wait for another one. He did comp our meal for the evening, but we didn’t get to have dinner. Overpriced restaurant

Beef Wellington was excellent! Ask your server if it is available since it’s not on the menu. Be sure and have the Deviled Eggs and Parkerhouse rolls, they are both very great choices. Steak and Frites were good, but the tenderloin was a little too overcooked. Overall our dining experience was very good. Our server, Daniel was very personable and attentive. We would definitely recommend and plan to return again soon!

This was my second time at Oak Steakhouse and was definitely impressed by the overall food, service and ambiance. My only issues were they ran out of some of tap beer and I thought they went a little overboard on refilling the water.

Oak Steakhouse is the perfect place to celebrate special events because they create a very memorable experience. The food was beautifully presented and the portions are hearty. If there was a category higher than Outstanding for the service, they would definitely have earned it. The manager is also extremely attentive to all the details and made a point of checking in with each patron. All in all, this was a wonderful venue and we were extremely satisfied.
