   all the staff is very polite and professional , top notch service and food. some of the best lamb chops , and my wife loves the french onion soup should be a regular on the menu.

   We had a party of 5, first time dining there for all of us. We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday. There was a very sweet card on the table for our anniversary as well as a surprise dessert. Our experience was excellent and we all agreed that we would go back. We felt that the music was loud but I think the speaker was right above our table. The service by Lyndell was outstanding and she actually turned the music down a bit for us. I noticed other servers and they all seemed to be attentive as well. The food for the most part was excellent. The bar drinks were tasty and made with fresh juices. We ordered the biscuits (one guest said they were the best biscuits they ever had), wedge salad, shrimp, ribeye, sea bass special, lobster mac and cheese, wagyu filet and french fries. We tasted each other's food and all agreed that the food was excellent and that only negative was the ribeye. The smoked flavor was overwhelming and overpowered the steak flavor. The flavor reminded us of smoked kielbasa sausage. It was good, but not the steak the person was hoping for. Lyndell confirmed that is how all of their steaks are cooked except for the wagyu. If you don't care for an intense smoke flavor, you may want to order something else. Although I would imagine that it may differ depending on the cut of steak and who is cooking it as far as how smoked the meat tastes. Everything was cooked to perfection, even my shrimp which I always ask to be cooked extra well (and typically have to send back to be cooked more). There are a lot of other menu items that sounded so good that we will try next time. Of all of the dishes, the shrimp with ravioli and the sea bass special were the winners. Overall an excellent dining experience.

   One of the top meals we have had in Myrtle Beach, everything was excellent Elk chops wonderful, fillet perfect- definitely be on our go to list from now on.

    We have eaten in so many fantastic restaurants throughout the country and outside the US, and we absolutely love everything about this restaurant! The exceptional quality of ingredients, flavor & presentation of each and every delectable dish, the ambiance, the warm and friendly staff, and the masterfully crafted cocktails. Between the 3 of us, we had the escargot appetizer, the Saku Tuna Tower, French onion soup, the pork chop, the Chilean sea bass, and the chocolate chip cookie baked in a cast iron skillet with vanilla gelato. Everything was exquisite!! This was our third time dining at O.A.K. Prime and looks like we are going back tonight!
