We came for breakfast just with some friends . At first the service was good. She came right away and helped us out but then when our food came, we had no cutlery to eat it with! My husband actually had to go downstairs to the bar area and come up with a bunch of cutlery for us. I had a half of eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was not warm at all. However, the fried potatoes were hot, toasty and delicious. We’ve been to this restaurant before for a fundraiser. The service was terrible. I thought I would give you a second chance. I don’t think there will be a third.

The Oak & Thorne has been our go to place to enjoy brunch or lunch since moving to Walnut Grove over a year ago. The staff are always friendly and give us 5 star service! Always a pleasant experience!

We love it here, we book our hotel because it is attached to Oak and Thorn. Big screen to watch the hockey game, great service and great food. We look forward to our next visit.

My husband received his food which was a pizza 30 minutes before my salad that I ordered with chicken then halfway through my salad that finally came, they delivered the avacado that they forgot to put on the salad.

Food was absolutely horrible. Wings were salty and the sauce tasted weird. Pizza was worse. Never again. Service was really good though.

This is the first time we were at Oak & Thorne; we went for brunch on Sunday and got the "special". It's different from other JRG establishments where we got the special brunch. Oak & Thorne have Yukon Fries instead of hashbrowns, which we prefer, but I'm not complaining, just making an observation.
