Wonderful food, service, and experience at Oak and Ember. We wanted to support the new hotel, and have a nice steak dinner, and it did not disappoint! I really hope the hotel/restaurant are successful. With food like we had, it absolutely should be!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was amazing, people were extremely nice, cost was very fair. The overall look was stunning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great new place to experience a high level of dining in Bardstown. Having just opened there were only a few things that drew away from being an outstanding experience that I feel will be easily rectified within a few days of their staff learning more about their new roles. The atmosphere and drinks though were fantastic.

This place will be very nice once it’s up and running to speed. This was a soft opening sort of and a limited menu so I understand just trying to get the kitchen and the kinks worked out. Our server was amazing and very attentive. The food did seem to take a bit of time, but that’s probably just the kitchen working out their stuff. I think this will be a fabulous place for BARDSTOWN once everything has worked out and I’m very glad there’s going to be an outdoor space at some point. Moderate value, I guess it was about the price of most steak places I would say and most drinks were about that same price.
