Nudel's is a chef-driven restaurant with a seasonal menu. The restaurant has several partnerships with local farms, to get visitors the best possible dishes. In fact, every day local farms deliver a batch of ingredients straight to Nudel's back door. Of course, the driiving force behind Nudel's is the chef, Bjon Somlo whose creative plates have received acclaim from both critics and diners alike. Nudel's menu changes frequently, given how often the available ingredients change. However, there are never more than a few items to choose from each day, making it relatively easy on the guest. Some of the plates that have appeared in the past include crispy chicken drums served with jasmine rice salad and curry hot sauce as well as a halibut filet with braised dandelion greens, sun dried tomato, kalamata and zucchini.
