   My experience was terrible. Upon arrival they couldn't find my booking even though I had proof of the booking. To be fair the waitress found a table and cleaned it for us and we sat down. I love music but it was ridiculous how loud the music was. It was so bad we had a drink and left. Patrons shouldn't have to be subjected to that. I get you have music but don't start the music until dinner service has finished. All the tables around me were complaining. I was shouting at my partner thats how loud it was. Never again on a Friday or Saturday. Many thanks Julie B

   Food was excellent, service great & quick. Great staff very attentive. Only problem was they said that they didn’t receive my booking even though I had a confirmation from open table . Luckily there was empty tables. Need to improve on checking on bookings. I think open table need to review this with Northies.

   I usually have a great experience here and the food is always great. However, we were here last week for trivia and got the booth space. Ever since the new layout, it's gotten much louder and we can barely hear anything during trivia. I'm not sure why you decided to open up the wall behind the booth. It's created extra, unnecessary noise and we could hear the noise coming from Northies + Old Joe's. It was a sensory overload. Not a fan of the new layout there.

   We had a great night, the only thing I would say was the music was so loud that we honestly just couldn’t hear one another speak. We were in the very back room and it was still too loud.

   Food was fantastic.. but the music is far too loud for a family dinner at 5:30pm. We could not be heard over the music coming from the speakers. This is the third time now.. it’s too hard to talk to people. I don’t think we’ll be doing that again. Outside might be better??
