FOOD WAS DELICIOUS OVERALL, a little tight and felt rushed by waiters but overall very good and affordable food
Big menu with a lot of variety at a reasonable price.
Delicious food!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot!
The food was amazing and our waitress was so sweet
Vlad was our server. Great breakfast and service.
They don’t mess around with the reservation policies. Understandable considering the limited capacity and great food. However we were underwhelmed by some, not all, of the service staff.
Average at best in just about every way. Food was okay. Outdoor seating was not all that attractive and table was pitched so things could slide. Cleaning going on around us mid afternoon ... perhaps they were closing or getting ready for dinner. Overall a disappointment.
Great breakfast spot.. food was awsome. good service.
Fantastic food! Chicken and waffle sliders are 10/10
The french toast was delicious and my husband said his omelet was about the best he’d ever had. Will definitely go back!! Friendly wait staff too!
Reservation made it really easy and fast to get a table. Husband and I sat outside and had a great experience. Super friendly staff. Keep our water glasses full. French toast is a must when going there for breakfast.
The food was amazing, like always. Service was fast and friendly. I love going there whenever I’m in Boston. It’s a can’t miss!!
Awesome place with great service and great food! I would highly recommend this place.
We went here on a suggestion from our hotel we were staying at. This is a popular breakfast place and we were happy to grab one if the last reservations they had available. We had French toast and corned beef hash which were probably one of the best we have had in a long time. We will definitely put this wonderful little north end gem on our list of breakfast places for a return visit.
I had the lobster omelet, which I figured you couldn’t go wrong with lobster, obviously you can go wrong with lobster, very fishy and no flavor!
If you want authentic north end experience with fantastic folks taking care of you this is the place! Food dynamite!
I made a reservation for 2 a few weeks in advance for 10:30am for my boyfriends birthday. We arrived a little early (around 7min before our reservation time) but were not seated until 10:50 due to computer problems. I also specified an indoor seat and they tried to seat us outside. When we were finally seated inside we were seated under a leaking air conditioner vent. The inside of the restaurant seemed dirty and cheap and when my boyfriend used the restroom he had to cover his nose with his shirt because of the smell. The food was good, nothing spectacular. Overall the servers were very nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. I’d say the issues we had were more to do with poor upkeep of the restaurant and it’s systems. I hope they fix these issues as I feel like I would have enjoyed my experience much more here otherwise.
We went here for Father’ Day Brunch and it did not disappoint! Everything was amazing, the portions were shareable and it was delicious. Will be back!
This is by far the best brunch restaurant in Boston! Their lobster dishes are absolutely amazing! Friendly staff and just the best hands down. Highly recommend!
5 Star Everything
Had brunch here during vacation - the food here was great and the server was very nice. It's a bit loud inside but they also have nice outdoor dining section by the street. The restaurant is in a nice area of the city and is a great start to the day!
The best. No more words needed
(Ok, except French Toast.....DO get the French toast).
Great food and great service
Brought my wife to breakfast here during the week. Service and food was exceptional. Portion sizes were great, you will not leave hungry! Will definitely return.
Went for brunch with my wife and two kids (8, 11). We arrived 8:30 for our 9am reservation and we were sat quickly. We sat inside because we didn't want to worry about the weather and were sat at a very tight booth. The restaurant was dated and a bit dirty. It could use a good cleaning. I was concerned my wife was going to want to leave because she has issues with that but she said it was okay. They had dividers between the tables for Covid, which was nice to see but the tables were still extremely close (standard for the North End). My wife and I were hoping to try a couple of their cocktails but Boston doesn't allow service of alcohol until 10am. The menu is very large and has a lot of unique items. Between us we had an egg meal, boston cream pancakes and bourbon maple french toast. The portions were large and everything tasted good. The french toast and pancakes were almost too sweet. The food was good but the restaurant was not nice. I might go again and sit outside to try more of the menu items but this would not be on the top of my list.
Great place to eat especially for breakfast. Our server/waitress was friendly and excellent.
Tables uncomfortably close to one another, besides that it was great!
Great food and great service. Highly recommend to anyone.
AMAZING as always. The food is ridiculously good!!!!
Very small place, no street parking. All streets are resident parking only. Food was good, poor service. Didn’t get silverware until I asked for it. Ordered coffee, no sugar brought to the table. Don’t recommend for families with small kids (unless you will be sitting outside). When paying the bill, the lowest option for tip was 20%, the other options were 25% and 30%. Never seen that before, was a little surprised.
I loved it! I’ll definitely be back! Absolutely the best!
Food was really good but service was mediocre.
Our food was Grade A! I had the Banana Bourbon French toast, my daughter had Classic French toast and we also shared an egg plate that comes with 2 eggs any style, home fries and toast. Our waiter, whom I don't remember his name was very tentative. We had a reservation for 2pm on Sunday and was sat within 5 minutes as they prepared our table. Will definitely be back!
I love this place! Great service and very clean place! Everyone is awesome there.
Super friendly, quick service. Delicious food!!
It was our first time and was very happy everything
Delicious. You need to make a reservation.
One of the 4 orders came fast but the 3 other orders were delayed.
We love North street grille food is amazing. We highly recommend breakfast delish
Great spot for brunch. Best lobster omlete I've ever had. Filled with lobster meat. Very good cob burger. Bloody mary and Zesty screwdriver were strong and delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
