Not Happy!! On arrival i had to pay an entry fee. At no stage was I previously made aware of this. Why was it not on the website or Why wasn't I told when I made the booking? I was informed at the door that had I not arrived £10 would have been deducted from my account!! Why was i not told this at time of booking? I was not directed to my table and had to find my way through the venue to get to my table!! Once at the table I was provided a menu that was so damp I could not turn the pages! I was told its because they are busy. To me this is unacceptable. Whatever you do do NOT order a PinaColda cocktail it is disgusting. Finally... £35 for a shisha pipe??? Hmmmm I guess you can work out I was not impressed.

First time and I didn’t like it! Charged entry even though I booked?! We couldn’t sit where we wanted, even tho they remained empty, the food took hours, had to ask and ask and ask eventually arrived and was taken out the bill. Place is not clean, table sticky ashtray full, music and people too loud and drunk and over over priced. My cocktail tasted like a purée and Prosecco served in plastic cup. I will not be returning and will not recommend.

Workers were really nice and helpful and helped with anything we asked. They looked after my sister well as it was her birthday so an amazing experience. Will defo be back soon!

Great food, cocktails, atmosphere and bar/shisha/garden. Large TVs for sporting events inside and in garden (which has covered areas).

Price of shisha gone up to £35 from £25. Staff just talk in the corner. Limited shisha menu don’t even have mint. Drinks saturated with ice.

Overpriced and poor quality food. Atmosphere really dead and the quality of furniture and design is awful in the outdoor seating area

Booked at last minute. Fun evening had by all. Food was lovely. Booking made easier with assistance from Anna. We had a lovely server who was warm and friendly. Will definitely come again and would definitely recommend.

Booked outdoor garden got put into a separate place. Asked for a shisha was told I they wouldn’t serve it where I was sat. Not to say the manager was rude. But when I made the booking it said outdoor garden so I’m not quiet sure how that worked out. Service was poor waited 45 mins for each drink on top of that they had the never to charge service fee every time I ordered a drink.
