Had to wait 15 minutes for waters and a glass of wine…food was so-so. I feel like the food quality has dropped in the past few months, would have preferred Positano across the way for the $375 we spent for 5 people.

We asked for our food to be served a bit earlier since we were heading to a concert, and they agreed. However, despite ordering around 5:10 PM, our food didn’t arrive until 40 minutes later, and the place wasn’t even that busy. When the check came, it was incorrect. They split a four-way bread order that I actually made, and the cost was over $16 for a simple bread with butter and some kind of truffle that was barely noticeable in taste. After I complained, they were kind enough to remove it from the bill. Unfortunately, this isn't my first disappointing experience at this restaurant, and it will definitely be my last, along with my friends. The service was poor, and the food was underwhelming. My friend’s soup tasted like it came from a can and cost over $10. I don’t mind spending money on good food; my friends and I often dine at much more expensive places. However, this restaurant is absolutely not worth it. The prices are too high for what they offer—a typical chain restaurant experience.

We were seated in the bartender’s section and only one person was tending bar. This person had too much to take care of without help. They were unfamiliar with the brunch menu which North Italia was promoting. Had to have our bill adjusted. Once the later shift bartenders arrived, things got better.

We love the food at North Italia but our experience at the One Paseo location last night was awful. I booked a reservation ahead of time for a "standard" table (not outside) to celebrate my husband's birthday and they didn't have a regular table available inside so they offered us a "high" table next to the bar but didn't mention that it would be the bartenders who would be our servers as well. We've done that in the past and it's been fine, but our bartender/server only took our drink & appetizer order and then was done with his shift without telling us or handing us off to another server. When we got our appetizer (25 minutes later) we asked the gentleman who dropped off our appetizer if we could order dinner, so he took our order. Then 15 minutes after taking our order, another bartender came by to ask if she could take our order which we shared had already been placed. We finally got our food which tasted fine but the service was SEVERELY disappointing. There was no acknowledgement or even a question about whether we were celebrating anything special. Given the number of Italian restaurants in the area, it is unlikely we will go back to North Italia since the service was so poor, and would recommend others do the same, especially if you are celebrating something.

Our girl Bri Bri aka Brianne was soo amazing and so fun and gave us honest recommendations on the food while listening to what we wanted, along with actually just being a girls girl and a good time! I’m so excited to come back and see her! We also love Nicole who came to check on us 💕

Service was really bad. Very slow and our food came slowly and separately. One of our dishes was extremely late but everyone else received their food at different times. The food was ok, the ambiance was nice.
