The service was excellent. The food was lacking today. Have been several times, and today was not up to their usual standards. Our apps took forever, and the pizza was globby and congealed with the toppings all sliding off.

I booked a 5:30 pm dinner, but later called them to change to 6 pm. The person who took the call said no problem. Two days before the reservation, I noticed the reservation time wasn’t changed. I emailed but no response. Called them on the day, was told 6 pm wasn’t available. They should have called me and say the change wasn’t possible. If I just went at 6 pm assuming they changed it, I might not have gotten a table. I had been ordering the pasta Bolognese in the past, but they undercooked it this time. It was a little hard to chew. Service was really slow. It took so long to bring our entree, and we waited a long time for the dessert. Really disappointed as I had liked this restaurant.

Not happy about reservations booked over 2 weeks ago with 20 people for out of town family and guest. Booked on open table. Even had a late party book the day before and they got the same reservation. They have known about this for two weeks. 3 hours before our reservation Tyler left a message saying they closed at 10:00 when our reservation was at 10 and our friends were at 9:45. Rushed to get their waitress was very unprofessional and rude. Slamming our food and drinks. Spend way over 2k. Very disappointed the way our reservation were handled.

Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered his name - he had dark hair and a ponytail and was tall. He didn’t rush us but was really attentive and came by just the right amount of times. Some of the best service I have had in a long time! Cheers!

From the minute we walked in and were greeted by the hostess, so we were serviced by our waitress. This was a great experience our server was amazing, warm friendly courteous and effective in spite of her having a whole Lotta tables set at the same time. Really enjoyed our visit to North Italia. We waited a few minutes for a server and the server who eventually stopped realized no one was assigned to our table. She was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. The service overall was slow - no fault to our server though! Our server was constantly moving and was fantastic at giving us updates. The distribution of time for meals was off though. It took an hour to order, eat our appetizer and finally receive our meal, but only 20ish minutes for us to eat our meals and receive our check. Overall though - we did enjoy the food and our server, but I would be mindful that the kitchen was slow and timing was off.

We love north Italia, but this time the food was just ok. Ordered the coffee cake ( our favorite) but it was cold :( we ate it anyway because the flavor was still good but would’ve enjoyed but warm/hot like it’s supposed to come. I ordered the chicken dish on the brunch menu. Came out wrong( asked for gravy on side and scrambled eggs) but quickly fixed, however it’s just not a good dish. The Panko breading was very thick and tasted burnt. The chicken itself has no flavor. I don’t recommend this dish. They offered to replace but we needed to Leave and I was just over it. The lemon spritzer was yummy and my partner enjoyed the breakfast mule.

We enjoyed the evening. The waiter (Jordan) was nice and helpful with making recommendations. The food and drinks were good.

We had a party of seven and service when we arrived until we had finished our meal was excellent. The group had multiple dishes from appetizers to main courses and everything was done perfectly. We plan to return soon to enjoy other evenings with friends and family - thank you for a fantastic evening.
