   Our server Cameron was great, BUT we never got our beer order. When we inquired about it, there was something wrong with the keg, but the manager was working on it. Ultimately, my husband never got his beer, and never once did a manager come out to issue apologies or offer something in its place. We were there to enjoy time with our friends, but our meal took 3 hours because they were overwhelmed, and Cameron seemed to be the only waiter for the only outdoor area. Food was great as usual but I would expect a manger to be checking on his customers and to be aware and personally address order issues.

   Ive not tried one thing that I haven’t liked here. The truffle bread is so good, the shrimp scampi is indulgent (note you get only 4 shrimp + bread to soak up the yummy), the beef carpaccio is my fave app, and we got the pig pizza which was pretty good! The vibes are nice for a cute little lunch with the girls or a dinner date. Price for the portions are alright, not super unreasonable or anything but I’m not gonna call it impressive either.

   Food was lukewarm. All of it. I’m sure everything would have tasted better if it was hot. We didn’t want to complain, as it was Mother’s Day and very busy.

   Not a good experience for me. Waitress spent a lot of time up-selling. My son left a $10 lemonade, hardly drank on the table; waitress asked if we wanted another. I don't expect free refills everywhere, but don't ask if I want another drink if you're charging me for it. I'll let u know if I want another drink. Also, my water glass sat empty until time to go, but I understand they were very busy. Maybe it was just me; the place was too expensive for my liking. I'm glad we didn't get dessert. I didn't expect to pay $173 (gratuity included) for 3pp and to-go-plate. Considering Friday I just paid $125 (gratuity included) for 5pp at Boss Cat, a more upscale restaurant. I don't normally complain about restaurants and pricing, so this says a lot about my experience today.

   I don’t think there has been a single time I’ve dined at this location that something hasn’t gone wrong. They did not send out our appetizer, then we had to remind them to take it off the bill. Service was slow after we got our food. It really frustrates me to see a server in our area that doesn’t make eye contact with you or check all of her tables while she is nearby to see if you need something. It took forever to get our check because our server disappeared. This location just isn’t as good as the Post Oak one.

   server was inattentive. we had to ask for her to check on everything from beverages to apps and entrees.

   Food quality has deteriorated at this place. Waitress got multiple orders wrong. Pizza was bad. Ambiance outside was great.

    Excellent place for a comfortable, casual Italian dinner. Very American Italian but the flavors are very good. Try the Ragu. It won’t disappoint.
