Portions seem to be getting smaller. Several items on the menu were not available...several beers and salmon (which two people in our party wanted). Service was good, but overall disappointing.

We had a reservation for Father’s Day that specifically stated inside seating. We were sat outside on the patio in the humid and hot weather with no umbrella. We would’ve said something to the host but she was texting on her phone and didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered. Also didn’t realize it was brunch only, which was kind of a bummer.

Service was absolutely terrible. It was so slow, they didn’t ask us for refills on drinks. It was Father’s Day and they were out of crayons and we had 3 kids that needed crayons to stay occupied. The food tasted great, but after it made everyone sick. Will NOT be back.

Great service, but the food was not great and especially for the price. Small portion sizes. Probably wouldn't come back to eat. But I like the space for a drink, even if they are overpriced. $12 bloody mary in a 10 oz cup? Come on...

I’m highly disappointed with this experience. I’ve gone to the Westworld location numerous times and always have fantastic service with no problem at all. This was the first time I tried to go to the Dublin location. I will not be back. First of all, I specifically asked for no outside seating. So when I got there, I was surprised to see that we were seated outside. I can get by with sitting outside, but, the tables and chairs were soaking wet. Also, we sat there for probably 20 minutes with no service. We ended up leaving the restaurant without getting any service and went to another restaurant nearby.

For a micro brewery they were out of 5 of their 7 beers. Service was extremely slow which took an hour to get our food. Then my hamburger was so over cooked I couldn’t even cut it. They remade my meal but by then the people I was eating with already ate. My second hamburger was missing ingredients and was very subpar. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Terrible service and mediocre food. I was very disappointed with the service we experienced at North High brewing in Dublin. They have a fantastic location and should be one of the premier restaurants in old Dublin. However, our server was extremely unattentive. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and then we ordered appetizers which took another 15 minutes to arrive. When they did, the fried pickles were overly greasy, and the salads came with no dressing. The server never came to check and ask how things were. We had to get up and find someone else to get us help. When we were done with our appetizers, we looked at each other and thought did we even order dinner yet. The server never returned to take our dinner order. Again, we had to get up from our seats and go track down our server so we could place our dinner order. When dinner finally arrived the food was mediocre at best. We will not be returning to North high Brewing. This was our third time visiting and our worst experience yet.

This was our second time visiting. I felt sorry for the staff. Overwhelmed and understaffed. The servers also seemed to be making the drinks. My husband's cocktail was awful. Food was average. Bathroom had no paper towels. We had no plates for our appetizers. We grabbed our own napkins and had to ask for silverware. This place definitely seems different compared to the first time we came. Hoping it gets better bc we love the kid friendly atmosphere!

The food was well prepared and the service very good. This was our first time to be there on a weekend morning. I was not aware that they would have a different menu for the weekend. My only regret is that I was looking forward to some of my favorite items from the standard menu. Overall the experience was very good as usual.

It is disappointing how poor the service at North High has gotten since CoHatch assumed ownership. We were there in a Friday at 12:30 to celebrate a birthday. The sever was unfriendly and inefficient. We ordered two orders of pretzels and only one order came. The server never checked back to see if they came and if were right. Finally a different server came. We had 2 kids with us so it was important to get food fast. The other server finally brought us another order but not as ordered. The other food finally came but it took forever. Keep in mind hardly anyone was inside and the patio was half full. The table near us never got their food, then said they wanted it to go and it still never came. There is very little training anymore for staff and it shows. The kitchen is poorly organized and cannot make food on time. This used to be the best service in any patio anywhere. Those days are long gone. Please invest in training and invest in staff who really want to be there. Get your kitchen in order. This is not just a bar. It is a restaurant. A poorly run one.
