The food was well prepared and the service very good. This was our first time to be there on a weekend morning. I was not aware that they would have a different menu for the weekend. My only regret is that I was looking forward to some of my favorite items from the standard menu. Overall the experience was very good as usual.

It is disappointing how poor the service at North High has gotten since CoHatch assumed ownership. We were there in a Friday at 12:30 to celebrate a birthday. The sever was unfriendly and inefficient. We ordered two orders of pretzels and only one order came. The server never checked back to see if they came and if were right. Finally a different server came. We had 2 kids with us so it was important to get food fast. The other server finally brought us another order but not as ordered. The other food finally came but it took forever. Keep in mind hardly anyone was inside and the patio was half full. The table near us never got their food, then said they wanted it to go and it still never came. There is very little training anymore for staff and it shows. The kitchen is poorly organized and cannot make food on time. This used to be the best service in any patio anywhere. Those days are long gone. Please invest in training and invest in staff who really want to be there. Get your kitchen in order. This is not just a bar. It is a restaurant. A poorly run one.

We haven’t been here in a while. Service seemed off. Very young staff…. We liked the pickle jar on menu… it’s gone now. The menu wasn’t like it used to be. Food was ok but not as good as about a year ago. Average.

We had a delicious family meal with my son. The Nashville hot chicken entree with the slaw on top was delicious and so filling. We had the fried pickle chips and the cheese curds. They have a great happy hour and all the appetizers are discounted and so are the draft beers. Our server was kind and paced our dinner well. She checked on us frequently and kept our drinks filled. She was kind and responsive. My son had the North High Burger and fries. The burger was well made and tasted delicious.

We were seated right away, but had to wait for drinks. When some drinks arrived, server forgot 2 of them and we had to ask about them. Finally ordered food and parts of it arrived— missing two food orders, and part of another. The half order that did arrive had hairs in it. Finally, the sweet potato fries showed but had to wait to have the sandwich remade without hair. The other two orders arrived, and the remade sandwich.
