Norman Van Aken is a restaurateur, chef, author, and James Beard recipient of “Who’s Who in America" and widely considered the "founding father" of New World Cuisine.

NORMAN'S offers a creative culinary and mixology experience, with an extensive wine list. Offering our main dining room, two private dining rooms, and our interior bar/lounge, along with an elegant, covered Terrace offering alfresco dining, with live music on Friday & Saturday.

The food and the service were both amazing. One of our party has gluten allergies and they provided alternatives that were also delicious. The service was superb. They walked us through the menu and were very attentive. Thank you for a great night out!

We went to norman’s to celebrate a big birthday and were blown away by the food and service alike. We are big foodies and love a good meal so it takes a lot to really leave an impression and we can’t stop talking about this meal. Thanks to Johnny for the great service!

I invited a couple of friends over for dinner. We celebrated one of their birthdays. It was their first time visiting the restaurant. They were delighted with the food and cocktails! Although we were already super-satisfied, the dessert course was still to come, and when they were brought to the table, they didn't even last 10 minutes. “The combination of flavors was out of this world!”

We had the most fabulous experience with sommelier, Matt, Becca and Chef Carlos. All the food was exquisite. The ambience is elegant and the service is exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!

Norman’s exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming, the restaurant was elegant and chic, our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was amazing. I will definitely visit again and again!
