   Our table service was exceptional from the beginning with the drinks and wine service through the desert. Outstanding place for a great night.

   From the time we arrived for our dinner reservation we were given a first class experience. The food and ambiance was excellent and the service was first class. This was our first time at Norman’s but certainly not our last. We highly recommend this restaurant as it lives up to a well deserved reputation.

   This was the best dining experience I’ve had to date and the best I’ve had at a fine dining restaurant in Orlando. I came to celebrate my moms birthday, and they helped make it a memorable one. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, will definitely return and recommend.

   While it's been many years since I dined at Norman's restaurant in Coral Gables, this was my first experience at his Orlando location and it didn't disappoint. In fact, I am planning on returning in the near future. I have a pet peeve when it comes to high end restaurants and it seems that many expensive restaurants in this area no longer provide tablecloths. Capa at the Four Seasons is an example. In my opinion, when you're paying for a five star experience, having tablecloths is one item that shouldn't be overlooked. Allow me to add that the service was impeccable and everyone we encountered was knowledgeable about the menu items and offered helpful suggestions. Unlike some luxury experience restaurants, Norman's menu was uncluttered and easy to understand and had a great selection of offerings. My date had the Filet and said it was the best she ever experienced. I had the fish and it was prepared perfectly. The crispy shrimp appetizer was a great starter. For me, I visited during Passover and since it was a birthday occasion, I had requested in advance a desert that was Passover friendly. It was perfect...thank you to the Pastry Chef! As a bonus, Norman happened to be in the restaurant that evening and spent some time to say hello. It's been 25+ years since I first met him at his South Florida location and it was a pleasure to see him again. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or looking for a romantic date night experience, I can highly recommend Norman's on Sand Lake in Orlando.

   Love the restaurant in every way. Beyond the swanky decor, the room is comfortable, service is friendly and professional, and the food is superb! You can opt for chef Norman’s classics like Island French Toast or go for New World cuisine dishes like scallops with black bean sauce, filet mignon with chimichurri, Conche chowder, fried green tomatoes, or bar snacks like oysters, guacamole, or beef tataki. Desserts not to be missed - we had ube cheesecake and deconstructed carrot cake.

   Norman's is fine dining, very fine dining. Cocktails were creative and delicious. Steak, scallops, grouper were all cooked to perfection. We will return whenever possible.

   Really an extraordinary dining experience. Went for a birthday celebration and will make this our regular special occasion restaurant. The service was absolutely outstanding! Food excellent. All the suggestions we took were spot on, really appreciated the wine recommendation. Thank you!
