Welcome to NORMANDIE!

With simple ingredients and bold flavors, Normandie has created a name for itself within the Central Eastside’s lauded food scene. Normandie is a neighborhood bistro that combines French inspiration with the bounties of the Pacific Northwest. Expect a flavor-forward food menu with global ingredients, Pacific Northwest oysters, as well as an inventive cocktail program. Normandie is great spot for date night and happy hour diners alike.     We were lucky to reserve a table last minute on a balmy Friday evening. The venue was almost packed at 7:45 but service was quick and efficient. Very personable staff and delicious food, especially the crab beignets, burgers, steak frites! Our party of four considered this the best meal of our weekend visit to the area.

    As always, these guys delivered amazing food with amazing cocktails by an amazing staff. Service is always phenomenal. Food never disappoints. This is absolutely one of our top three restaurants in the entire PNW.

    Delicious food, very high quality. We had seared albacore, baked carrots, crab beignets, banana split. All was fresh and perfect. Wonderful atmosphere, perfect lighting. Excellent overall!
