Welcome to NORMANDIE!

With simple ingredients and bold flavors, Normandie has created a name for itself within the Central Eastside’s lauded food scene. Normandie is a neighborhood bistro that combines French inspiration with the bounties of the Pacific Northwest. Expect a flavor-forward food menu with global ingredients, Pacific Northwest oysters, as well as an inventive cocktail program. Normandie is great spot for date night and happy hour diners alike.     Delicious food, very high quality. We had seared albacore, baked carrots, crab beignets, banana split. All was fresh and perfect. Wonderful atmosphere, perfect lighting. Excellent overall!

    Normandie was a wonderful birthday dinner evening for my wife and our friends. The food and drink were delicious and the service was outstanding.

    This was our first to NORMANDIE and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered several small dishes, the deviled eggs rated lowest of the dishes which included the Oxtail Croquettes and the hamachi plate which was the shining star of the small plates in our book. The Gnocchi was spectacular and the crispy duck confit the best I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend for a date night.
