Will not be returning. We did not receive our prepaid wine flights, and then could not get an immediate refund of our money. They acted like we might not get it. It was the number one disappointment of the meal, and seemed very strange since there were so many employees roaming around and so few occupied tables. There seemed to be 2 employees for every occupied table. But we still could not get service. Our meal was prepaid and so were the wine flights, the menu was also fixed. This added up to almost $200. However the kitchen did not seem to be able to get our food out. They made a big deal about us being required to leave our table after 90 minutes-no hanging out after eating. But it took us almost 2 hours to get out of there. The service was so slow I felt antsy and just wanted to leave without getting all our food. One last strange thing, they gave us a menu with other food to add to our fixed menu but never took our order. This place is operating like money does not have anything to do with how they survive. This place to too expensive and the food and service does not stack up to the prices.

My wife and I frequently eat out, but have never experienced service that was as aloof and condescending as our experience last night at Noosh. Although the restaurant was three-quarters empty, we kept getting looks of "are you all done here?", including one person playing the overseer role actually saying that. Finally, the bill came with a 20% tip already included--no option. We left feeling humiliated.

They kind of kicked us out right at 7:30 when they closed which was annoying. Also took forever to get a server and when asked if they could slice up a cucumber for my gluten free friend for the dips they refused (I know they have cucumbers in the restaurant as they are literally on the menu??)

The tables were too low and wobbling, the seats were very uncomfortable for our backs. We were slouching for the entire dinner. The menu used to be so much better before Covid. The food wasn’t anything special. And even though the Covid restrictions have been lifted for the most part, we were being rushed out the door in 90 minutes. None of the other restaurants are applying the 90 minute restriction any more.

I just love this place. The food is good, and I always think the bill is a value. I have to eat gluten free, and there are enough items on the menu for me.

Our drinks took 25 minutes to arrive. Then before we could enjoy our first sip we were told it was last call for food and drinks. If you close the kitchen earlier than you close the restaurant (1) don’t (2) let people know that when they book a reservation

We were hoping they might be able to put a candle on my mother’s birthday dessert but they didn’t manage to do that, even with a note in the reservation and a reminder after we ordered our dessert. They also rushed us out when they were closing at 8 pm, which felt very early for a Fillmore Street restaurant.

The food was just okay, the service was not very good. After we were served we didn't see the waiter for ay least 30 min. We would have liked a water refill and maybe dessert but were never asked. I'm not a fan of the tip being automatically added to the bill for this reason.

Noosh was good! We ate outside, which even in the grey windy weather, we were all very warm thanks to the heaters. Food was ok - the best was the appetizer spread. Entrees across the board were just okay. Great little neighborhood spot, but if I'm craving something tasty I may hit somewhere else.

Food was really good but service was poor. Built in tip is likely the reason the servers don’t try hard and put in very minimal effort.

We wanted to move our reservation from 4:15pm to 5pm and the hostess insisted that they were fully booked and we could only have a 15 minute grace period or they would give up our seat. She then explained that we ONLY had 90 min total from our reservation time to order and eat so we couldn’t be late. Once we got there the place was practically empty the whole time we were there until 5:50pm. We had to ask 4 times for our check so we could Leave!!! Terrible service good food but not worth the stress and harassment!!

Noosh used to be amazing - our favourite restaurant in SF - but it seems like there is new management. The menu has completely changed. It's essentially just pizzas. It's a pretty dull vibe now. The service is lacking in energy and excitement. Way too many staff on hand who won't really engage with you and are slow to take your order or provide some kind of help. They also choose the tip amount and apply it without telling you. They give themselves 20% automatically and you don't have an opportunity to change it to reflect how you felt about the experience.

Service was horrible. Was never offered an option to look at an itemized receipt. Had a double charge on my card and can only contact the restaurant via email. Emailed them to request an itemized receipt and inform them of the multiple charges on my card and haven’t heard back. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Food was sub-par for the price you pay.

I want to love Noosh so badly but it's still not living up to its pre-Covid reputation. Dishes are expensive relative to the portion size (think: $8 for a tiny bowl of Zucchini) and the restaurant still has a few kinks to sort out. We went for a 7:00 pm dinner last week and the restaurant started shutting down half-way through the meal. The staff asked us to settle our bill before we were done and ushered us out the door. Not exactly the experience you want for a nice meal.

Ate indoors after restaurant reopened.
Parts of the menu have been simplified (our favorite flatbread was gone) but food was still good.
Recommend adding an eggs on top of flatbread - except the tomato/cheese one.
Service was very attentive and prompt.

Was so disappointed with our lunch at Noosh.

Sub par Mediterranean food - you can determine the quality of the food at any Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern restaurant by the hummus …..and the hummus completely lacks flavors. The muhammara was sweet / it’s meant to be a savory spread. Not sure who the audience is for such flavorless food but certainly not any patron who remotely is familiar with the food from this part of the world. The doner pie was also disappointing- very little meat and flavor was overwhelmed by pickled cucumbers

Service was lacking - server could not describe the wines. Once we placed the order for a bottle of wine, server showed up 10 mins later to tell us that the were out of this wine. Placed another order only for the drinks to show up halfway through the appetizer course. And don’t worry, you won’t have any choice in how to tip for this service as gratuity is automatically included.

The ambience is upscale at the corner of a lively street and the decor was nice. The hostess who seated us was friendly and courteous but sadly, will not be returning for lackluster food and indifferent service.

Good food, my complaints may have been related to pandemic adjustments - service outside wasn't great and the closed at 730p. Atmosphere is good and the food delicious. Worth a visit overall.
