Really quality ingredients but the whole meal was very acidic as if they topped everything with a whole lemon. If it weren't for that the food would've been fantastic.

The Doner “pie” was too doughy. The meat was tasty but there was very little meat on it.

Worst experience, the restaurant was closed and we didn’t get any notification that it was closed. We had friends coming from south of the peninsula just to realize the Noosh was closed when we all arrived.

We did the NYE experience. My total for 2 people turned out to be 385 after tip and 2 drinks. The food was horrendous. There was no seasoning on anything, everything tasted like it was boiled in the same pot of water. Additionally, the NYE Experience was 150 a person and everything was shared plate - so why was there a per person charge? The overall meal was at best worth 100 dollars, not nearly 400. I am so disappointed and will never be going back! Save your money :)

The hostess said they weren’t seating in the back which didn’t make any sense because they were so busy. Rude!
The flatbread was amazing. Only stayed for appetizers because it was so cold inside.

Wish they had a more extensive menu at least with sides of hummus etc vs you having to get their whole sampler.

Delicious food! We got the skewer flight, Aleppo chicken flatbread and large garden salad. I mentioned it was my friends birthday and she received a complimentary glass of champagne. I would say the salad was small for a large but still so tasty!

Several diners inside saw mice darting around the tables around 1:30 in the afternoon. We alerted the staff and they thought this did not merit any attention.

Optimistically, someone from the health department will advise Noosh that rodents in the dining area are a cause for concern.

Horrible customer service - if you are a family do NOT go to this restaurant. Even though they had two 4-person tables next to each other, the manager Diana refused to place us next to our 6 and 10 year old kids because of "COVID restrictions". She was rude and inflexible. I will not be returning here, and would not recommend the restaurant.

Okay service. Needed the waitress a couple of times and she wouldn’t stop by our table to see if we wanted to order anything else or if we were doing okay and liking our food. The food was the worst part because it was so salty. I love sometimes oversalting my food because I think it enchances the flavor but this was on another level. The shrimp and yogurt dip/sauce that came with it was so salty. The falafels and hummus were so salty. The raddichio salad was so salty. The red pie flatbread was the only thing that wasn’t insanely salty. The food was nothing special at all honestly. I would never come back. The drinks were really pretty though and yummy!

Our waitress was SO sweet and checked with the chef on our behalf to confirm which items were vegan or could be made vegan. Ambiance was beautiful and food was delicious! I will definitely be back!

The food was good, not as good as the first time I was there it seems like they cut their menu back. Still great staple sections like the sauces and dips which are my favorites. Really over-priced wine selection. $14 for a very small pour. They were also sold out of a few things which is fine we went late on a Sunday evening. The spot is so cozy and we love the vibes. The Kebabs were soooo delicious. overall great spot in SF

Noosh has a wonderful ambiance and design that makes you feel at ease. The cocktails are delicious, particularly the Nitro Old Fashioned and the Paloma. My only gripe with this visit was that the kebabs were on the dryer side, and could have benefitted from a little more of the sauce. Aside from that, we had a wonderful visit and look forward to the next time.

The menu and food is a nice alterative to the standard Mediterranean meal.

However, the entire experience was ruined by the poor service. The waiter simply vanished and seemed somewhere between uninterested and incompetent for the two minutes he arrived at the table.

And to add insult to injury, the restaurant was unreasonably obstinate in refusing to change or modify ANYTHING on the menu. It's inconceivable that in today's age, in the heart of San Francisco where diets vary so frequently and accommodations and acceptance is so ubiquitous, that this restaurant would only take an item off the food, but would not accommodate a vegan diet by changing chicken for a vegetable, or even agree to put the meat on half the flatbread, let alone offer vegan options (not a far stretch for a Mediterranean restaurant).

It might serve this restaurant well to remember what it's like to be a customer, and to try a little harder to make the experience, and not just the food, a nice experience.

This place has really gone down hill. They took off all the decent items from the menu. The shrimp skewers were pathetic: two tiny shrimps on a stick. The chicken skewers were ok. And finally the dips which completely lacked flavour.

Big shame as the dips used to be incredible.

I will not be visiting again.

After reading recent bad reviews we decided to give Noosh a try anyway. With all the outdoor dining and lack of employees to support these extra tables, service was super slow. Our food was good and the staff was friendly but when we pay a service charge of 20% we expect excellent service. Not sure about returning.

We always enjoy lunch at Noosh, but this time the food taste was uneven. Perhaps because it was a Saturday and the kitchen was overwhelmed? I don't know, but plan to go back and give them another chance.

Went for lunch and enjoyed some tasty food on our first visit there. We shared an Aleppo chicken flatbread and it was delicious and a decent sized portion. Also enjoyed a side of the Delicata Squash - also very good. Only wish is for a wider variety on the menu, but perhaps the restaurant changes its dishes from time to time. Music was a bit loud ("energetic") which made for high volume conversation. Overall, good food and good experience.

I love the physical space and it is very close to where I live but the food used to be so much better before the original chefs were kicked out. They had freshly baked pita bread filled with fried calamari. Now the pita tastes like it's from a grocery store.

Chose Noosh for its close proximity to The Fillmore. Wish I'd done better research.

1) Crispy Smashed Potatoes - should have read "roasted baby potatoes"--not crispy, not smashed. Overloaded with an excessive amount of rosemary.

2) Garden Salad - should have read "includes an excessive amounts of parsley" which completely overpowers the delicate flavors of other greens. Also, no mention of cucumber or radishes in the description (friend detests cucumbers, so had to pick them all out).

3) 2 Skewers of Wild Shrimp - read "2 pieces of wild shrimp, head on" equating to roughly 2.5" of edible shrimp...for $15! Such a rip off.

4) Botanical Gin Cocktail - barely filled 3/4 of a small glass, the majority of which was ice...for $14. Another rip off.

Absolutely would not recommend what, we believe, were the best options for us on their (very) limited menu.

Ok…this place is pretty…….but the tables are too small, food is not that great…too salty! Even the drink ( a Paloma), which is my favorite drink right now, was smoky weird. And the prices are way too high for this kind of food! Hummus, and accompanying things like yogurt, flatbread…
And my boyfriend is from Israel so he pretty much influenced this review !

The host and the waitress were very annoying the whole time. The moment we entered to the restaurant the host had a bad attitude. We brought a baby stroller and she was upset about it and told us there was no place for it… really? (The place was empty) We went there to celebrate our friend’s birthday, we brought a cute little cake with candles and they didn’t let us turn on the candles…. really??? The food was good, but the service was a real nightmare. We were a party of 6 and none of us will ever go back there =(
